This was our second stay at the luxurious Salt and Cedar B&B and it was even more enchanting than our first stay (last summer). Scott and Ginger are not only warm and professional innkeepers, but they are truly beloved in the community. Several members of the Agnew/Sequim/Port Angeles community happened to stop by throughout our one-week stay, I'm sure partly due to seeking extras of Ginger's outstanding homemade baked goods, but also due to Scott and Ginger's kindness and deep connection to the community. The food is divine and Scott's willingness to accommodate both my allergy to gluten and lactose intolerance is deeply appreciated. Scott rose to each food sensitivity with a "challenge accepted" approach to his delicious gourmet meals along with an endearing smile. Both Ginger and Scott go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, cozy, and appreciated. Whether through an unexpected packed lunch, to-go breakfast, or simply a few extra gluten-free muffins or scones as "road trip sustenance", Scott and Ginger offer genuine hospitality. They are also very knowledgeable about the Olympic Peninsula and "must-see" and "must-do" activities. Follow every suggestion they offer and you will never be disappointed. The Olympic Bluffs Cidery & Lavender Farm is exquisite even in winter. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and serenity with a hint of apples and lavender, then this is the perfect place. There is nothing to improve upon-- the Salt and Cedar B&B, Ginger, and Scott are absolute perfection as is!

I've not had the pleasure of staying the night here, but I have attended an event at this stunning Bed & Breakfast and was able to tour the inside and out. This place is so beautiful and unique, with such elevated style and interior design. I also really admired the well maintained property. The views of the mountains, water, lavender.. you can't go wrong with any direction you look! As an added bonus, the owners are kind and generous people who are such fun to talk to!

One of our favorite places! The room we stayed in (Olympic view) had spectacular views of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. The king size bed very very comfortable.
Scott and Ginger were amazing hosts and provided recommendations for food and activities. Breakfast was 5 stars!
We really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water and catching a glimpse of Mt Baker as the sun was setting down.
We’d love to come back in the future. Truly an amazing place!

We had the most outstanding experience at Salt and Cedar B&B. We have stayed at luxury properties all over the world and can say with confidence that the hospitality Ginger and Scott provide every one of their guests is truly special. They went above and beyond to treat myself, my husband, and our 1yo to an incredible stay on the Olympic Peninsula.

They accommodated an earlier breakfast delivered to our suite (as opposed to in the dining room, so we could accommodate our baby) as well as any and all special requests we made. The food was delicious!

We stayed in the Aviator Suite which was essentially a mini apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed exploring the spacious grounds, perusing the lavender field, and an impromptu cider tasting. The B&B itself is in a beautiful location with views of the Olympics to the south and Victoria, the San Juan Islands, and Mount Baker over the ocean to the north (lovely sunrises and sunsets) and close proximity to Sequim and Port Angeles.

Salt and Cedar is an absolute treasure and Ginger and Scott are the most exceptional hosts. You would be well served to spend your time on the Olympic Peninsula at their B&B. 10/10!

We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in many types of accommodations in many places. We have to say that this was hands down the most wonderful experience we have ever had staying anywhere! The property is vast and gorgeous, with amazing views over the Strait of San Juan de Fuca and its own lavender farm and cidery. The breakfasts are plentiful and outstanding, the accommodations luxurious, with every attention to detail. Plus, the owners are a fascinating and delightful couple, Ginger and Scott, who have lived all over the world and have many stories and insights to share. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. To rate this establishment on a scale of 5, I would give them a 10!

This is the greatest Bed and Breakfast to ever exist. The location, activities, gourmet breakfast were all top of the line. Ginger and Scott are the sweetest and most helpful hosts ive ever met. They gave us so many ideas, they even helped with planning out my proposal. We stayed in the Salish Sea Suite and the balcony was perfect to sit, relax and have a glass of wine after a long days worth of adventures. This stay was so perfect we decided to come back in October to have our wedding ceremony. Ps.. the food is amazing incase you needed to read it again!

Ginger and Scott are the perfect hosts (and the most kind, compassionate and truly incredible people). The property is immaculate, clean and tasteful with breathtaking views. The food was beyond delicious and perfectly tailored to our needs.
We had experienced an unexpected medical event that derailed our vacation and travel plans - Ginger and Scott made sure that we were safe, comfortable and took such good care of us that we felt like family.
Thank you so much to you both for your hospitality and kindness. We WILL be back for a do-over and can't wait to book again.

Ginger and Scott have created a wondrous oasis on the Olympic Peninsula with their newly opened Salt and Cedar bed and breakfast. They have set out to create a premium experience and they have succeeded at every level. From the exquisite interior decor and finishes to the luxuriously appointed, large guestrooms, you can see and feel the careful thought they have put into every part of the guest experience.

My bed was fantastic with a mattress that was firm and bedding that was so uniquely soft and snuggly, that I immediately wondered whether I could buy it. Ginger assures me I can. Two of the guestrooms also have separate tubs and stand-alone showers in large, modern bathrooms.

Breakfast at Salt and Cedar is another delectable experience. Scott, who is an accomplished cook, brings out all of his creativity and flair for a unique, custom breakfast every morning of the stay. You will not eat the same thing twice and you will likely be completely satisfied for the rest of the day.

On the whole, the Wierzbanowskis have created a unique and unforgettable experience at Salt and Cedar where you can truly sit back and relax because they have thought of every aspect of your stay.
