Great location, nice modern hotel. Close to all the activities we did in Issaquah! I had a queen suite which was perfect for a family of five for a short stay! 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The layout was great and felt spacious! Pool is open until 11pm, a little small and no hot tub but the kids enjoyed it! I love the in house bar area option, you have to pay for parking on site, I believe 16- 18 dollars a day was around what it cost. Check in at 3 but we got there a little early and room was ready. Morning breakfast available (did not indulge in this option) and a 12 PM checkout. Staff was delightful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall a great spot. A wide selection of options for breakfast and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room even had a great option to sleep all of our children, with a couch that hides a tundle bed.

The mini fridge in the room left something to be desired though. I've stayed in many hotels with a mini fridge that actually kept food cold.
Unfortunately, ours did not do that well and we had to toss much of the food we were traveling with.

Very nice place. The location isn't that great. The breakfast is borderline continental. The pool is small. Beds we're comfortable, and the bathroom is nicely updated. The downside is they have a parking garage you have to pay for.

I stay here usually once a month for client visits. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The breakfast area is really bustling each morning, and I consider this a great thing. Plenty of seating, both indoors and out. The fire pit is a nice touch.

The bar is lively each night and they do a great job with the bar food.

The rooms have plenty of space and have to admit, the desk chairs are really comfortable. Everything is really clean and well maintained. Don’t let the elevators spook you. They always run this way. IFKYK.

This property is a great home across the country.

I had a terrible experience here. I reserved a room for 2 nights and for a late checkout on my last day because I was in the area for a medical procedure. I get out of surgery and have a voicemail from Springhill Suites asking me when I was gonna be out of my room? Someone there f'd up and only booked me for 1 night, and of course they "were full" and didn't have an available room for me my 2nd night! So now just an hour or 2 out of major surgery I have to pack up my room, check out, and try to find another hotel at the last second! Pretty CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE if you ask me? Also the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and hurt my back sleeping on it just the 1 night. I will NEVER stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone!!!

The actual hotel is clean. The layout of the room would be great if the bathroom door wasn’t glass. Annoying when someone uses the bathroom and turns the light on at night and it shines in your face. The cold air also blows right into both beds.

Currently awake for the 4th time because of whoever is above us in room 403. They are stomping, sounding like jumping off furniture, and it is constant. The toilet is flushing every 5 minutes. I’m so confused as to what the heck they have been doing up there all night. They have woken me up more than my actual infant 🫠 I’d call the front desk if my kids weren’t asleep. Super frustrating 😵‍💫
