I am so happy we found this place. From the moment you walk into the living-room you can appreciate the care that was taken to make this place as special as it is. Soft comfortable leather chairs and a fireplace, so inviting. This early Craftsman style home has leaded glass windows and doors that are so beautiful and complement the antique decor. They have books to read, movies to watch and coffee or soft drinks available to everyone. The room was cozy and warm with a gas fireplace that really made it perfect. The fresh cookies everyday just sealed the deal. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and so many choices. They really thought of everything. Blayne and Julie are wonderful people and an amazing team running this home together. We are so happy we got to meet them and talk awhile. |We look forward to coming back again hopefully for a longer stay.

My sister and I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Greenlake Guest House, and we are already talking about a return trip! Blayne, Julie, and Crystal made our stay extra special and oh-so memorable. The beautifully appointed Craftsman home, lovely welcome basket, cozy fireplaces, gourmet breakfasts, relaxing playlists, and views of Green Lake provided the quintessential Seattle experience. It felt like a warm hug every time we walked through the door. Blayne, Julie, and Crystal were kind and friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. This is our new go-to place for all future trips. |My niece attends the University of Washington, so this was the perfect location to get to UW quickly while also offering a bit of respite from campus. Greenlake Guest House is absolutely perfect! We loved our long weekend here and will definitely stay again! The hosts are so genuinely welcoming and think of your every need! Greenlake Guest House is the B&B against which all other B&Bs should be judged. The house and rooms are lovely amped totally well kept up. The Parkside room, where we stayed, has a great view of the lake. The bed is great and the bathroom has heated floors and a wonderful soaking tub with Jacuzzi. And a shower as well. The breakfast is fantastic and the daily cookies are out of this world. Julie and Blayne are consummate hosts. And they have one assistant, Cristal, who is also great. Just a wonderful place.

I loved my stay at Greenlake Guest House! The rooms were very clean, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Greenlake Guest House is the Four Seasons of B&B's! It is in an amazing location right across the street from Green Lake which has a lovely walking/running path around the entire lake. It is a very safe neighborhood and close to many other wonderful neighborhoods for dining and shopping. The accommodations are first class with great attention to detail in comfort and quality. Anything I could have ever needed was provided in my room or the common areas. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. I look forward to staying here again when in the Seattle area.

This is a lovely, welcoming home on the shore of Green Lake with easy access to a running/biking path around the lake and within walking distance to area restaurants and coffee shops. Julie and Blayne are excellent, experienced hosts who will ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay!
