Embassy Suites. Thank you for your kindness! We had to stay an extra night because of car troubles. The staff was amazing! We especially enjoyed meeting someone working who lived in Utah, our home state. Breakfast was great, rooms clean, hotel beautiful. I was so amazed at how quickly the hotel staff cleaned up after a wild weekend of young baseball families. Many were unkind, and left garbage everywhere. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. And for your patience with those hard to love folks. 🤣 We weren't with that group, but we noticed your kindness and patience.

Love the setup of the rooms! Very clean rooms. Room was private from the living room with the pullout couch. Only downfall was no fan in the bathroom and the elevators were extremely slow. Looks like they were in renovations and we spoke to other guests who say they have been under renovations for 6+ months. Other than that we utilized the stairs. The bar was great and very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with omelette bar, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes, etc… a lot of options! Pool and hot tub were great! Love the adult swim time.

We just got home from another absolutely fabulous stay at the Embassy Suites Bellevue. This time I took my daughter and a few friends for the night to celebrate her 11th birthday. Abeer, at the front desk was so wonderful and did everything she could to make our stay amazing. Birthday parties typically stress me out, but this party was ZERO stress thanks to Abeer. All other staff members were also so welcoming. ||The room was very spacious and very comfortable! We brought a Roku which worked perfectly with the televisions. The evening reception was fun with a small variety of snacks. Chips and salsa, flat bread and hummus, veggies and ranch, and two different kinds of snack mixes. The girls loved trying all the different soft drinks. ||The breakfast had a nice large selection. I had a delicious omelet! The donuts were dry, but the waffles, muffins, bagels, bacon, eggs, and potatoes were great. Good variety of cereals. ||The pool was the perfect temperature for the girls to swim and even was warm enough for me to enjoy. The hot tub was perfect. ||Overall there is really not anything that would have made this a more perfect celebration for my daughter!

Loved the room, the workers were polite. I hate the elevator options. One of the three were down. And one of the two available had a loud speakphone phone call going through it telling us we were on hold. The hotel was aware of the broken intercom phonecall issue and had a sign acknowledging it. Didn't stop the incredible annoyance of it so we walked to the corner of the hotel to use the other elevator.

As for location, I wish it was a little closer to Bellevue square. I drove last all the other options we considered for our overnight stay and felt they were all located in a better spot. But at least this location was quite and offered free parking. Which was very important to me.

The breakfast... Well unfortunately when we went everything was cold. Which was odd because they appeared to be on heat elements. The French toast was cold, the eggs cold, the potatoes were seasoned like they had dumped a bottle of oregano and rosemary but decided to go ahead and serve them anyway. And the syrup dispenser that had a label of 'hot syrup' had refrigerator temp syrup. So that was a little disappointing. We probably should have just brought it to our room to microwave but didn't.
We then decided to go with an omelette and that was good.

Overall, even with all my critiques I would stay at embassy suites again. I love the ambiance, the workers, the breakfast offering, the parking etc. While some things may not have been perfect, I don't expect perfect because I didn't pay a 5 star price. It was more than worth what I paid. And I can't wait to visit again.

i had an outstanding experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue, and the front desk staff made all the difference. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed during my stay.

Not only did they ensure my room was perfect, but they also provided fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions, making my trip so much more enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that truly stood out.

This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, this is the hotel for you!

Will not be staying here again. My boyfriend booked a hotel for the night for my birthday and we had to switch rooms three times. He paid for a presidential suite, then we got there and the room we got was not the same as what we booked. They continued to say that they didn’t know how we could’ve booked the presidential suite room since they don’t have it available. They offered to put us in a “better” room than what we were in, so we moved. The room we moved to looked the exact same. Then there was ants crawling on each side of the night stands by the bed. So we asked to move rooms again because who wants to sleep next to crawling ants. Disgusting. They told us to contact Priceline and we could get a refund if their party reached out to them. The next day we did so and the hotel will not get our refund since they offered us a different room. Overall, we did not get the room we booked for and it was a total waste of money and an awful experience for a birthday.I would not recommend to stay here if you want a clean and elegant feel. There’s two drains for the sink and you could see the mold through the back drain of the sink.

My stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue was absolutely incredible, thanks to their amazing front desk team. Every staff member I interacted with was not only welcoming and friendly but also extremely helpful in ensuring my stay was perfect.

They went the extra mile to make sure my room accommodations were just right and offered excellent suggestions for local attractions, which made my visit truly memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I can confidently say that I’ll be staying here again whenever I’m in the area. If you value exceptional service and a team that goes above and beyond, this is the place to be!

Embassy Suites provided a generally comfortable stay with some mixed aspects. The room was spacious, with the suite setup offering a nice division between sleeping and lounging areas. Breakfast was complimentary, but it could get crowded, and some items weren’t always hot or fully stocked. The hotel amenities, like the pool and gym, were decent but could benefit from more frequent maintenance. Service was friendly, though check-in took a bit longer than expected. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with a few areas that could be improved for a smoother experience.
