The stay at this Thousand Trails facility for us was an absolute Dumpster Fire! The place is great and the facilities were fine. It's the staff we encountered that ruined it for us. The propane filling times and policy on employees handling it needs to reviewed! We were lied to, dismissed, treated like we were imposing on them when questions were asked and just treated like we were bothering them. All and all for us it was horrible. This review is just an FYI. It might end up being a great place for you but there is the chance it will suck! so just be prepared. Cheers.

Large site. Wonderful staff. Quiet. Super clean restroom. Laundry on site. ||Travel RN - stayed here for entire contract. Used the local sanitation services to dump waste tanks - reasonable- as no sewer hookup. It is Washington, so lots of wet weather during my stay.

Has laundry room vending machine seasonal pool and hot tub and a sauna. Bathrooms are some of the cleanest I've ever seen and the showers here are literally amazing! Beautiful spot with mostly private spots to choose from. Rangers are super nice and super awesome.

We love this resort. Close to family and beautiful scenery. The Rv spots are pretty nice and private. The pool is nice and the lodge is great…………………wish the Rv spots had sewer but the dump||Stations are pretty well maintained and work just fine.

We recently stayed for two weeks. The location is really nice and the campground is kept clean. We didn’t use a lot of the amenities aside from laundry. The only real area of improvement we would recommend are the sites and its minor. While spacious and easy to park, most could really use a new layer of gravel to help with the mud and dirt situation. We were constantly sweeping outside and vacuuming inside to help mitigate tracking dirt everywhere, but it didn’t help much. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Things seem to close prematurely and I was unable to reach a ranger during business hours. Very annoying and inconvenient to come pay to camp in the off season and get met with closures that have no reason to be closed. The weather wasn't bad to the point where it would pose a danger for outdoor activities.

The bathroom and shower were clean. The laundry was clean, but we didn't need to use it. When showering, the room tends to hold the steam, some people propped the main door open. Showers are two per men -woman. One curtain only and your clothes hung outside the curtain in the main bathroom. We showered early and had the room to ourselves. Sites are fine. We had 87. We had electricity and water. There is a dump station for everyone. It has a terrible odor. There is an alarm going off. I think the septic tanks need to be drained. The smell is really bad. Luckily we spent more time touring than in the campground. It is a nice campground other than the sewer smell, but it's also impersonal. You drive around to look for an open spot on your own. I prefer to pick my spot at booking or at least get directed to an available site. I'm not thrilled to drive a camper around to find something on my own. We just didn't have a welcoming feeling here. It's great for an overnight. I was ready to move on to the next campground. I just didn't have that "I don't want to leave feeling here". We toured what we came to see, ready to roll

The wintertime restricted hours for the facilities were a problem for us. Only 2 women's showers and 2 men's showers were open all the time, leading to long wait times. The main shower facility and bathrooms were only open from 11 am-5 pm (and of course the pool was closed). No ranger is on site after 6 pm. We had a problem with our electrical hookup that could not be resolved until the next day. The sites were fairly private, but so densely shaded that it felt very dark and damp. It was a 35 minute drive into the city. We will never choose to bring our travel trailer to the area Seattle again, especially in the off season!
