I tried six breweries during my most recent trip to the Pacific Northwest, and this one was by far my favorite. For starters, the service here is phenomenal. Eric, my main bartender both times (yes I went twice it was good), was awesome. He took the time to walk me through the different beers and gave me his opinion of them. Every other person I interacted with that worked there was super nice. I ended up getting three different flights with how great the beer selection was. Every single beer tasted good and had its own unique taste. Thunder Juice was my favorite! If you’re a beer lover passing through Yakima this is a must stop!

Beautiful brewery that maximizes their space with both cozy and social seating. In addition to beer, they have a full coffee area with baked goods! The beer tenders are incredibly friendly, and more than happy to geek out over beer with you. Awesome variety of beers of all kinds that rotate out seasonally. Would love to visit again the next time I find myself in Yakima.

Love the beer, can’t wait to visit the brewery. I got a bad batch of cans in a 4-pack that killed my vibe at home.
Frozen Fresh Hop IPA.
I needed to bend back the tab on the first can, second can needed a hammer and punch. Hopefully I was the only recipient of these malfunctioning cans.

The staff and ambience were great, the beer was delicious, and they had a simple, tasty menu. Fabulous outdoor space. My dog definitely appreciated all the grass after a hard week of climbing around in the mountains! Also, plenty of parking if you're pulling a trailer.

While in Yakima, we wanted to hit up some local places. We went here on a Wednesday and lucked out that that is the night the do trivia at 7pm!
The bartenders were super friendly, they have an excellent selection and it’s an open place. They didn’t have a food truck this night so we picked up food on the way. We were able to bring our kiddos AND the dog! It was so great!
They have EV parking in the lot also and tons of outdoor seating in the warmer seasons. If we lived here, this would be our regular joint.

So glad to find this spot on our road trip. Yakima didn't seem to have many options and thankfully this popped up. Huge outdoor area with misters and dog play areas. Super dog and kid friendly, so it was a perfect spot for a stop. The beer is really good and I wish we'd bought more than we did to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food vendor they had (Unicycle something?) was really good too, great sandwich and potatoes. I recommended this to our friends who live closer to make sure they stop the next time they pass through, I know we will certainly stop here again.

Super chill daytime spot. Enjoyed the beer and was going to get some take away but a beer tour bus stopped in when we were going to leave and didn't want to wait lol. The service was absolutely fantasti from the bartender and from the food venue that I believe is separate from the brewery. Had a tasty curry dish. Great stop on a fun road trip, although it was pretty hot outside(thankful for a large inside space). Would love to come in nice weather and enjoy the huge patio and try some more of their beer selections.

Radiant Slumber (Smoked Lager)

I have heard an expression that in Germany you don’t know a beer until your second pint. (I’ll skip that a pint is not always the same amount depending on where you are in the world)

With this beer, I fell in love after the second sip. But in keeping with tradition, I did order a second pint and took the time to appreciate the extraordinary well-balanced flavors of this beautifully effervescent beer.

Add in that Five Salsas (one of the best Tacos in Yakima) is at Single Hill today through 7pm or so and I can’t imagine a better place to have a beer and a really good time.
