We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with April and the entire Wandering Table team! From our first meeting at the tasting, we were hooked. April was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and many voiced that it was the best wedding food they’d ever tasted (and we have to agree)! April incorporated several specific items into our menu to make it special to us and it represented us as a couple perfectly! On the day of the wedding, despite some last-minute schedule changes, April and her team handled everything with professionalism and grace. The bartender was energetic, the service team was friendly and attentive, and the food was nothing short of amazing. When we realized we’d forgotten a crucial bottle of liquor for the bride's dad’s favorite drink, April and her team went above and beyond, visiting five different stores to ensure we had it. This level of dedication speaks volumes about their commitment to making our day perfect. If you are even slightly considering hiring Wandering Table, do yourself a favor and say yes. They played a huge role in making our wedding magical, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thank you, April and the Wandering Table team! You truly made our day unforgettable.

April and her team recently catered our wedding and we couldn’t be happier! We met April last year for our tasting and we knew immediately this was going to be the best wedding food we’ve ever eaten. Over the course of the year she worked so well communicating with me and my planner which truly set my mind at ease. On the day of the event the timeline had to be shuffled a bit due to rain (of course) and they handled it all so professionally. The bartenders were fun and energetic, the service team was polite and the food was AMAZING. I’ve received so many compliments on this food during and after the wedding, I was so thankful. Everyone loved the freshness and variety of food. We even had mini desserts from Wandering Table because we are not big fans of cake. If you are searching for catering for any type of event, Wandering Table is the best. We truly cannot recommend them enough.

Look no further, Wandering Table Catering is the best!
My husband and I hired April and her wonderful team for our August 2024 wedding. She was referred to us by a friend after we were at the end of our rope searching for (& failing) to find a caterer that we really loved. Then, upon our first meeting and tasting, we knew immediately WT was the one and it almost felt too good to be true!
Our first experience with April was when we joined up with our besties for their wedding tasting. April was super flexible and kind enough to do the tasting at our friend's house!!! This was something we had never been offered before by any other caterer. The overall experience of this evening already set the tone of how our future of working together would be.
After that, we knew we wanted to work with them, but wanted to try our own menu picks. So we had a repeat of our last tasting but with new menu items. Everything was 10/10. The plating, the flavor, the options and customizations, etc.
Later, when it was time for the beverage tasting, April had us over to her kitchen and even included a mini charcuterie board for us to enjoy alongside our beverages. She had come up with her own delicious recipes and even tried out some of our own that we were considering.
April was proactive in communicating with us throughout our entire planning process. Her services go beyond food catering. She supplied help & connections with rentals, reception set-up & clean-up, bartenders and beverage service, our wedding cake, buffet signage, and was very responsive via email communication.
The wedding day also turned out amazingly. I was so lucky to have such a fantastic, helpful team. It took so much stress off of me knowing that I had an amazing team working my wedding!
After walking down the aisle, as we exited our ceremony to go hide away and sign our marriage license, we were greeted with our signature cocktails and a tray with our appetizers on them! Then for dinner (we did buffet service), they came to our sweetheart table and served us our own plated dish so we wouldn't have to get up! The attention that they took in making sure the bride & groom were well-taken care of was sooo appreciated and did not go unnoticed!
April goes above and beyond. She far exceeded what we were looking for. Thank you soooo much to the Wandering Table family for playing such a huge role in the best day of our lives!!!!

I'm not sure I can state strongly enough how much I loved working with April and Wandering Table. I pinch myself with how lucky we were to have her cater our wedding. I am what my friends and family lovingly call a "food snob" so when I tell you how incredible the food was, particularly the rosemary beef tenderloin... please know it was some of the best I've ever had. And my guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was either. Also, you absolutely must try her lemonade. April, do you ship that stuff across state lines? Let us know, we're in! The planning process was seamless, dare I say, easy even. April is a professional, without any doubt, as are her incredible staff. You would have thought we had hired 5 star restaurant quality staff to cater the wedding, and frankly...we did. If you are debating hiring this incredible catering company do yourself a favor and just say yes. Thank you Wandering Table! You were a huge part of making our day magical.

My husband and I could not be more thrilled that April was willing to cater our wedding. We had an off-grid wedding up in the mountains and yet we had SO many guests tell us after our wedding that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We were hopeful after our tasting since we were literally obsessed with everything on the menu, it was so hard to narrow down. But then to duplicate it in such a remote, off-the-beaten-path location? Amazing. April was so communicative and really walked me through the process as I planned everything myself. She easily had dietary swaps to keep the whole wedding dairy-free and like I said, we had many many people tell us it was the best food ever. It’s all you could hope for when planning a wedding! There’s been so many times you go to one, have been hungry all day and then it gets to the meal and it’s just…blah. Not with Wandering Table, that’s for sure! So thankful that we were able to work with April and her awesome team. One of our best decisions we made in planning our wedding!

April was amazing to work with as a caterer for both our rehearsal lunch and wedding events! She was so kind, professional and communicative throughout the planning process. She was also super flexible with a lot of our last minute changes, and we were so grateful to have had her and her team as our wedding caterer! Also, her food - AMAZING! Her menu items are delicious and are of a high quality standard. We were so impressed by everything she made for us at both of our events. My husband and I recently got married, and we used Wandering Table Catering to provide the food and bar service at our reception. We are so glad we chose them. April and her team were fantastic!
From our very first meeting with April (in which she did a virtual presentation of the mains we were interested in) and throughout the entire planning process she was very thorough and detailed. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and gave us a lot of guidance.
We wanted the food and drinks to tell the story of our relationship and include local ingredients from the PNW, and April delivered! Everything was fantastic both in taste and presentation.
Leading up to the wedding day April was very helpful in arranging pick ups/drop offs with vendors, guiding us on wine and liquor selections, and making bar signage for our specialty cocktails.
She and her team on the day of the reception were very nice and friendly to our guests which made the experience even more inviting and intimate.

I've put off writing this review for months because I didn't feel like I had the words to fully explain how incredible April and her team were on the days leading up to our wedding and on our day.

The client experience was top notch from start to finish. I initially stumbled upon the Wandering Table Catering website when searching for a Seattle caterer. I was impressed by how personal her website felt and how easy it was to look through sample menus.

I immediately was drooling over a wide array of food options that sounded impressively unique compared to the food I'd eaten at a lot of weddings in the past. The menu items listed for Wandering Table, seemed really different, fresh, and wholesome. I was also impressed by how she listed various option for dietary restrictions.

When I reached out to her she was friendly and warm. Despite being in the midst of a pandemic, she invited us on site to taste various menu items and even let us bring our newly adopted dog Tony with us (we were making a trip from Portland to Hood Canal to see our wedding venue, and ending with the tasting and knew we wanted Tony with us.)

April went above and beyond during the tasting, letting us sample multiple items and sent us home with whatever we didn't finish. To say we were impressed with the food would be an understatement. April never required any deposit or commitment to try the food, and even though she had no idea if we would be moving forward with her services, she treated us like family and gave us her full attention.

After booking, I think I badgered April so many times with questions. She gladly spoke to me on the phone multiple times and answered countless emails. She never made me feel stupid or like I was bugging her. She reassured me and made the entire process so enjoyable. Honestly just thinking about the whole experience makes me smile. A wedding day is emotional and personal and to feel like you have a team that just wants to what's best for you, is so special.

The day of our wedding, April and her team were so professional and on top of everything. And the food! Our guests raved and raved about the food, to my face on the day and after the day. Our guests had said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and it made me so happy to know that our guests had enjoyed that part of the wedding experience.

As a wedding photographer, I eat a lot of wedding food and it was difficult to not be particular when choosing our vendors during the planning process. April and her team, really stood out to me because they didn't feel like a run of the mill service. The entire experience felt like working with family.

April, thank you for the best experience! Evan and I will remember it forever. Wish we could give you more than 5 stars here.
