5 star experience all around with Cascade Catering! From the very beginning, Ashleigh was attentive and thorough as she helped me with deciding a menu for our particular event. She had excellent communication and answered every question promptly and with great courtesy 😊 The food was absolutely delicious, everyone enjoyed it very much. The serving sizes were generous and we even loved the lovely plates and utensils she provided. Ashleigh was also very friendly and easy to approach at the event and was very helpful with packing up the to go portions. We will definitely be calling cascade catering for our next event!

Ashleigh is wonderful and made planning dinner for my wedding so easy. I had 100 questions and she was patient and walked me through ever scenario. She reassured me that I didn't need to worry about a thing. Everyone at my wedding loved the food and Ashleigh even catered to a couple guests I had that were vegan, gluten free so they could eat as well. I'm so happy we got the chance to work with Cascade Catering!

“Best food we have ever had at a wedding!” We have heard this from ALL of our guests that attended our special day. Ashleigh and her staff were the nicest, down to earth, most reliable people and really know what they are doing! Ashleigh responds quickly to any questions and made picking their company easy. Ashleigh was very kind & helpful throughout the planning process, especially when we needed a little inspiration. She even double and triple checked that we had certain things for the reception to make sure everything was set. For the bride w/ a thousand different things on her plate (no pun intended) that was so incredibly helpful! The tasting they hosted at American Homestead was wonderful, we got a chance to taste some of the food, meet her in person, and ask her any questions that we had. The food was delicious at the wedding & our guests had nothing but kind words about the food.

Ashleigh was great to work with. Very communicative which is much appreciated and not always a given. The food was DELICIOUS. We also really appreciated the variety of options to choose from. We had a few hiccups that I will share just because they can be avoided through communication for couples in the future. The first is that we were very clear we wanted an attended buffet, but when everything was being setup, the catering team didnt seem to know that. The second is that we had discussed that Cascade would bring decor and we would provide some left over flowers to add to it. I'm not sure what decor they brought because it ended up that the aisle bouquets were put on the serving tables because there wasnt much decor. But, overall, we were very happy with Cascade. Everyone told us how delicious they thought the food was, which we whole-heartedly agree. The staff was very professional and adapted well to the "last-minute" change. Highly recommend.

Ashley does catering for many of our workshops. Her food is great. She is always on time, which is very important with workshops. She always has a great presentation style and caters if we have specific needs with our participants. She is a favorite caterer for OSPI when they hold their workshops here in Yakima. Reasonable rates and very professional.
If you want classy along with good food, Cascade Catering is the ticket.
