Love this place when they are open. 11 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Saturday. Just across from Outback next to the highway and truly one of Yakima's hidden little gems. The pulled pork nachos are great and easily a meal for two, Sandwiches and bacon wrapped German sausage are great too, but I just had the sliced brisket meal and it was amazing. I haven't tried the chicken or ribs yet, but I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you are craving some BBQ, give Kim's a try, I am sure you won't be disappointed 🤩

I love BBQ so seeing an ambulance with the words BBQ and a huge smoker on a trailer sparked my interest! Super glad I stopped to to it out too! The brisket sandwich was amazing.

The Best BBQ #1 RECOMMENDED!!! A+++ Loaded Baked Potato is a Bomb. If you like spicy sauce ask for it it's amazing. I will definitely come here again for more. Food taste amazing and fresh. Thank you.

Changed plan from Outback trip to this BBQ joint as it's across the street.
Son and I LOVED the brisket! I mean LOVED LOVED! please try it BEFORE letting their awesome BBQ sauces near it. As with fine art, that brisket does NOT need ANYTHING else... except napkins.

The pulled pork was wonderfully / perfectly tender. Pairing THAT with 1 of the 3 sauces is 'awesome sauce'.

The chicken and pork ribs were fine. Jalapeno mac and cheese tastier with a bit of BBQ sauce dabbed on.

Honestly, save the brisket for last because none of the other good stuff can be a better follow up.

I don't give that many good reviews but this is the
Best BBQ I found in Washington State. Macaroni and cheese is amazing. The brisket was damn good. Portion size was good for the price. Customer service was great.
