Never will we return. This park is mostly long term rentals. No one to check you in even with a restervation. You are told to pick your own spot. Very confusing because picnic tables are setting in all the open spots. We picked right in the front but it was so tight and crazy to park. Did not feel safe and unhooked early and got the heck out of there. Never going back!!!!! If I would have had my way we would have left before we parked!

Absolutely deplorable. Nobody was there at 1 o'clock in the afternoon to check me in. I had to find my way to a site that was full of potholes and barely wide enough to hold my RV. The picnic table was in the middle of my site and I had to get out of my RV and move it myself. And it wasn't long enough for my RV and my car that I tow so I was sticking out in the roadway about 4 feet and just had to hope nobody would hit me. Never never never again will I ever go to this RV park and I highly recommend you find someplace else to go!

Nice park but pool and hot tub only can be used during office being open. They close at 4:30pm Monday thru Friday and limited hours on weekends. Last night dogs running loose and people yelling at them at about midnight

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and you don't, currently I'm being charged .30 per kwh use , if I was in a house it would be around .O8 pre kwh , just beware .
This mouth (jan) the kwh charge is .22.
This month (Feb)kwh cost was .26

Very tight spots, full hookups and internet. Uneven ground at site that are very unkept. Pic Nic tables are unkept and in need of repair. RV park seems old. We stayed over 1 night and it was adequate for what we needed. We did not use any of the other facilities.

People are friendly and a good community all to itself. It's in a rough part of town with a lot of homeless but you see none of that in their facility . There is alot to offer if you go do some siteseeing. It's mostly quiet at the park and has great amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. They have a wonderful game room along with clean showers and on site laundry. It's not out in country but the lots are nice and they do have trees and lots with grass not all concrete and lots of shade.
My son has been staying there for awhile and he has had no problems. Just be open minded. You can meet some wonderful people from all over. Stay one night or a month you are safe there. Relax and try to see a few sites, You can go wine tasting if you like that sort of thing there are tons of wineries to go check out and the local beer is great too . There are things you can enjoy if you stop and visit Yakima. Enjoy your stay.

This RV Park is a dump, the sites are in terrible shape, the surface all crack and uneven and the surrounding neighbors are seasonal or permanent and the overall area is dirty. We stayed one night and could not wait to leave in the morning and will never return.
