Ahh... power went out in the bathroom and kitchen twice. Coffee make leaked. No coffee. IT wasn't a coffee maker that wouldn't take pods or grounds. The heat was loud! Service to get a pot that didn't leak took about 10 hours. And he didn't bring coffee with it.
It's the Hilton. I expected Hilton Service. I was there for two days. No fresh towels on day two.

perfect for our stay in yakima! very clean, very new (built within the last five years), and great service. rooms are well-stocked and have tons of storage. would definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights during the Classic Car show that we go to every year. This is our first stay at this hotel, we usually stay at a different one. We were on the top floor in a corner room. The room was a nice size, comfortable bed, very clean! Hotel front desk staff was a pleasure to deal with! Only complaint was that they failed to refill our snack tray both days. We had to call the front desk to get that done which they did quickly.|The hotel has plenty of restaurants within walking distance, views were mainly of the other Hilton hotel next door.|Will we stay here next year? There are three Hiltons in this town, so we might try another, or stay here depending on prices.

The more I stay at this property, the more I like it. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the breakfast selections have improved. Plus, it's all about location location location!

Room was nice, but found a piece of glass near the bed. Service was great. Watched another customer miss the breakfast by 15 minutes. They opened it back up for him

So-so experience. My stay didn't start off well, as when I arrived I was told the room I preselected at mobile check-in had been given away. I'm not really sure why you would offer guests the option to pre-select if it doesn't carry any weight - it simply creates a bad guest experience for no reason. The front desk employee laughed it off and didn't seem to care, all while "thanking me" for being a Diamond member.

Turns out, getting a top floor room would have been great, as if you don't have one, you'll be able to hear everything that happens above you. Flashbacks to apartment living with bad upstairs neighbors is not what | consider a good hotel experience.

Also, I thought this hotel would be nice and quiet since it's tucked away from the highway. Unfortunately the hotel backs up to a neighborhood, and some of these neighbors leave their dogs outside at night and don't stop them from barking.

The room was clean, but the towels were thin and rough and the sheets were made of material that created an oddly high amount of static electricity when you are in bed. This is a strange experience and isn't particularly enjoyable.

Overall, convenient location and clean rooms, which are big pluses. However, the negatives outweigh the positives, and I wouldn’t return.

Came here for work and had to stay 3 weeks. Unfortunately I had to move hotels due to availability for the last 4 days. Of the two Hiltons I stayed at this one was by far the better of the two. Rooms felt new, clean and welcoming. The full size refrigerator was a must. The front desk was hot or miss. The best being St*** and a male. The breakfast was nothing to get excited over. The fitness center and pool were clean. Thanks for the stay! Wish I got to stay the entire trip.
