Pool and hot tub was super clean, we were on the fourth floor since I like taking the stairs for exercise. Big and modern rooms. The shampoo and conditioner and body soap and lotion is the same I use at home so that's cool. The breakfast was a MUST!!😄Omelets, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, hash browns ,oranges, bananas and cinnamon rolls. A free newspaper too. I will choose this every where they have hotels from now on. So nice.

Overall it's a nicer new Holiday Inn, and the staff are very courteous. However, whoever approved this design in regards to fire regulations should be fired. The windows are enclosed with no options to open. This traps smells and if there's a fire, you will die if you're in a middle room.

Additionally, there's usually not very many guests here but the front desk always manages to stick you next to, above, or below, other guests and the walls are thin so you hear everything. While this is efficient for housekeeping, it's obnoxious for guests. I think my travels here are over and I'll seek other options while in town.

I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn before and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are the staff super friendly but the hotel lobby and rooms were beautiful and very well kept. Depending on your room you will also have beautiful views! I would definitely stay here again!

New place, bang for your buck, really close to the location I was working at. Really close to the highway entrance. A couple minutes of a drive to most food and shopping, but the hotel is in a quiet little area, which is great. Really friendly staff, a lot of parking, And honestly, it was nice to be in a quiet place away from the town or city. Keep it up IHG!!

I think this place was really nice. I don’t visit a lot of hotel places. The rooms were pretty spotless. I felt really comfortable here and slept well. The bed was firm and the sheets were clean. The cleaning staff is friendly. We had to ask for some extra bed sheets and the gal at the front desk quickly accommodated the request. There was a youth baseball tournament going on and a few teams were there, which is why I think the elevator was dirty. I didn’t go into the pool area. My son liked the weight room that has some dumbbells and machines.

The breakfast was pretty decent. Pancake machine, toast, eggs, yogurt, milks, soy based milk, juice machine, mini omelette a (hit or miss), bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal. I liked it. They also offered a trail mix and or granola bars to take with you.

Stayed here last year and absolutely loved it! This time around, eh.... Checked in, had to come back down to grab toilet paper (none in the room/bathroom). Back to the room and tried to crash. Felt something in the bed, pulled back the covers to find food crumbs all in sheets and an empty straw wrapper. Bedding hadn't been changed. I let the front desk know and they stated issues had been ongoing with housekeeping and receiving numerous complaints about similar things. Said she would relay to management. I really hope they get that sorted out because I really like this hotel. Staff are incredibly courteous and friendly.

The staff was great. We needed a small meeting space on the fly and were accommodated with no issues. We appreciated the extra effort of the front desk and highly recommend this location

The room was very clean and a good value for the money. We will return.

Stayed here last year. Unfortunately we won't be back. Had to wait to check in with no one to be found. When the receptionist came out out of the back room she seemed annoyed that she had to deal with a check in. Customer service means a lot when we're on vacation and unfortunately it wasn't there.
