I just wanna praise this hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional.(Jason, Tony) my trip had to be extended, and they went above and beyond to help me. Housekeeping was exceptional.( Emiliano, Ashley). So gracious to answer all my questions and did a awesome job. and being from Alaska, I thought it was considerably warm when I arrived in a Yakima and their maintenance man (Clyde) make sure that my air conditioning was working phenomenally. When I returned to Yakima, I will be booking my future stays with comfort suites. I can’t praise the staff enough and I hope in some form or some fashion this can reach their corporate office because these employees truly need to be commanded.

Great staff, clean rooms. Stayed here last year for a conference and plan on staying again next year as well. Guy at the front desk remembered me from last year, breakfast was good with a nice selection. The hotel definitely shows its wear, but the rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

Nice welcome, cookies and soup of the day (chili) was a nice touch when we arrived. Front desk receptionist was polite and efficient. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, with lots of selection of hot foods. Overall a great overnight stay!

Lovely service and great amenities! Enjoyed our stay. Safe, pet-friendly, great management, clean, friendly, and respectful. Management bent over backwards to accommodate us. Breakfast had healthy options and exercise room well-maintained!

Kristen at the front desk is amazing! All the staff are very friendly and helpful! |Hotel is clean. The room is more than comfortable and the blankets they have are my favorite. Breakfast is great and the soup and cookies in the evening are a plus.

The staff were friendly and the check in was easy. They had a great continental breakfast, food was fresh and a good variety. The rooms were a good size. The beds and the couch were comfortable. They had a nice work station to sit out. I would stay here again.
