Shame on you Hilton: Charging $12 for a continental breakfast that wasn't any better than a free breakfast at less expensive hotels! On top of that the poor desk clerk was in charge of breakfast. Most everything needed replenished when we ate. Some got filled and some did not. And you pay for parking. I will say our room was good so no complaints about that.

I'm a history buff, so the history of this building and finding all the fun little history nuggets around was so fun for me. The staff that we interacted with were very pleasant, and when the AC didn't work in our room, they quickly moved us to the next room over.

The location is a little sketchy and doesn't seem to be terribly central to much, but it has easy access to the freeway. Also, there is a Starbucks within walking distance... so, I guess there's that.

The carpet on the 5th floor has separated so badly that it buckles under the wheels of your suitcase, making it almost impossible to roll. The sun heats up the hallway, and so they close the blinds, but then the hall smells really strong of melting plastic. It was headache inducing. 😫 Thankfully, the smell never seemed to permeate into the room.

I probably wouldn't stay here again if given the choice of something more centralized and with possibly better accommodations. It just left a little lacking.

This is a super cool historical place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was helpful and prompt when we he had to switch rooms when our ac wouldn’t work. My only criticism is the smell and carpet condition on the 5th floor in the hallway areas. It smells of burnt plastic and the carpet can barely allow a rolling suitcase to move. It’s time to replace desperately. I was a little surprised to see a $10 parking charge to park in the garage since there is no parking lot for the hotel. That was disappointing.

Great place to stay in Yakima. Host staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was dynamite and complimentary afternoon wine/ beer tasting was fun. We were there on the hottest days of the year but early morning walks comfortable and felt safe except for a few unhoused folks along the way. A long walk after dinner back to downtown was refreshing. Great places to eat near the hotel and watering holes abound nearby even downtown in this hops-, heaven. My only complaint with the room was the updated shower. The open door option was a bit drafty and it was impossible to reach the shower head valve without getting doused with cold water in getting things started. Also the slope of the shower floor was a bit more than I expected for the low step entry... though a rubber mat was provided for safety. I'm am older adult so it may be my age that made me feel nervous. All in all a fine place to stay and will likely return. Loved the high ceilings, the quiet rooms and the spacious lobby.

I hesitate to leave this review but I view my BED BUGs exposure as a health hazard. So far none of the reviews here mentioned beg bug.
This is one of the more expensive supposedly high end hotels in town.

I stayed with them Nov 2022 and I was brand new to the hotel world. First night got bitten by huge bed bugs at 2AM. Called receptionist she nonchalantly asked me what I wanted to do about it. Of course I asked for a different room. She insisted I had to return the previous room key when moved me to another room and these were cheap plastic key cards. First thing I saw under pillows in second room was gigantic bed bugs crawling as in video!!! Thank God the 3rd room she gave me had no bed bugs but never did she asked about my bite nor offer any sorry! I didn’t say anything to anyone afterward because I was too horrified and naive to say anything…

Now as a seasoned hotel tenant in Yakima and elsewhere, I would say this is a hotel of horror for both bed bugs and for the level of customer service there was. That sane receptionist’s bf was hanging out at night with her during her shift as well.

This is an old hotel building. Parking is underneath and can be dark and scary walking down the halls by yourself. Only best thing was big TV in room. Save your $$$ and health. Stay elsewhere. Even Best Western had no bed bugs in town

The Hotel Maison Yakima Tapestry should get at least four stars, but the sheets were old and pulling and there was a long black hair in the bed. Neither my wife nor I had long black hair, so I suspect it came from housekeeping. But we expected more from a hotel in the Tapestry line.

Loved this beautifully restored office building turned hotel. The room was immaculately clean and decor was fresh and modern. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Happened to be there on a night where they had complimentary appetizers and local craft brew samples. That was a fun touch. We met one of the owners at that event and she was delightful and very passionate about customer satisfaction. The hotel is centrally located and does provide parking for $10/night. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we'd recommend Hotel Maison.

An absolutely beautiful and elegant hotel. European styling with a modern twist. Rooms are very spacious and quiet for a peaceful experience. The desk staff is phenomenal and treats everyone very pleasant. Breakfast offering is wonderful with charcuterie board, muesli, and pastry selections. Protein packed for a great start to the day.
