This is now a 5 plus property. The complete hotel has been remodeled. Our room was great. All new furniture, best hotel bed I have slept on, huge TV, nice fluffy towels.
Breakfast is traditional LaQuinta. Very clean new serving area.
All personnel were very friendly.
I have stayed at many many LaQuinta’s over the years, this is by far the best.
You will not be disappointed.

The remodel is an improvement. The rooms themselves are nice. Still in the middle of a construction. Pillows are great and not those dollar tree ones. The breakfast kinda blew. Had faulty serving equipment. The rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear everything from adjacent room. Staff were friendly. I’m sure things will improve once the remodel is completed. The area around the hotel is kind of suspect though. Lots of homeless and tweakers in the vicinity. Don’t leave valuables in your car.

Location is sketchy, rooms are being renovated due to issues with bed bets in the past! My room was missing a toilet seat as well and had bugs in the windowsill. When I addressed these concerns, they were able to cancel my reservation and refund me, so I went elsewhere. Customer service was good. Hopefully when renovations are done it’ll be better.

Currently renovations underway. Place is dusty, with materials stored in the hallway, and construction worker areas were in rooms around mine. Most of parking lot is full of equipment and materials as well. Room was dated, but I guess that will soon change with renovations. Breakfast was good!

This place is AWFUL! I’d give 0 if that was an option. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, but it wasn’t available at check in. They advertise pool open 24 hrs. But isn’t. Morning clerk is very rude! Drug deals going on in the parking lot. No parking available due to construction. They did not tell us they were under construction at booking, two weeks before. Couldn’t even find it because the Ramada sign was changed to LaQuinta. They completely misrepresent themselves.

They are remodeling but the rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We got a room with 2 queen beds and the room was huge. Since I used to live in Yakima I would never walk around the area at night.

From our initial check in we were welcomed and got taken care of immediately. It was nice to be given our room so quickly to get settled in after our long and exhausting travels.

Magaly was extremely kind, helpful and showed genuine care for us and the property as a whole. We will definitely return and will be recommending your property to friends and family.

They have truly gone above and beyond and have exceeded our expectations!

We've used Ramada here in Yakima a couple of times. They have been such memorable moments for my kids. As they enjoyed the pool area . Even though the first time we went the pool temperature was colder than usual (freezing cold) and the hot tub was also not working properly. The second time the hot tub was completely out of order. The gym was also not available. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. The rooms were very clean. Customer service was excellent. Thank you!
