If I could give this place a 0 I would. Owner tried to sleep with me for payment. Tried to charge me 1000 a month they had fleas that I had to buy the flea stuff I had to clean my own room because it was disgusting when I got there. They provide no towels wastage or toilet paper.

The owner was very kind. However, I called to tell him we would be in late. He said no problem and to call again when we arrived. We got there after a 10 hour drive and he told us he only takes cash. Why he wouldn't tell me this the first two times I called, I will never understand.
The first room he showed us...the first thing we noticed was the smell. Mold. It was like a wall of funk slapping you in the face. Went into the bathroom and there was water all over the floor leaking from the toilet. Luckily he gave us another room.
The second room had the same smell. It was so strong. But, we would only be there about 6 hours and it was so late, so we stayed. There was about 4 squares of toilet paper and no backup roll. Most of the lights in the room didnt work. TV didnt work... but we were just there to sleep.
My husband turned down the bed spread and it was truly horrific. The sheets appeared clean but the bed spread was beyond gross. It was sort of covered in a layer of stains of varying age. We left without showering because the bathroom was so gross.
I have stayed in some seedy motels, but this is by far the most filthy I have seen. And...THE SMELL!!!

Yes, Travelers is dated, but clean and well-maintained. I can't stand paying $100 or more per night for a bed, shower & clean sheets. Some people buy a $100,000 RV for that and do their own cleaning. My only negative is that the bed was a bit too hard for me. Friendly? The owners were friendly enough to me, and mailed my forgotten power cord to me right away. To get a smile, Give a smile.

Called and confirmed a room get there didn't have it was told to stand outside for WIFI had paid for three days was only there hour if decided to leave went as asked for refund finally after ask him to three times please give me it he kept 80.00. the ceiling in bathroom and sick room duck tape if it had a piece

Had to air it out for 3 hours to tolerate the mold stench.... In the first room the television did not work.... The business card tells you you get high speed up internet. And he tells you it is slow when it it no speed internet.... If he understood how to have a place that is not a pain in the whistle... He would have had a customer that is likewise....

Stayed there more then once. The owners aren't exactly friendly people. More like give us your money and go away. But I dont go there to make friends. We stay there because it is cheap and all we need is a clean bed and a place to shower. Which we have got the times weve stayed there. It's kinda run down and you know they wont spend too much to fix it up, After all once they make their money, they are probably going back to their native country. I hope they prove me wrong. If you dont expect much beyond a bed and a shower, then you won't be too upset.

Nasty bedbugs and roaches and rats nastiest place we've been trash 🗑️ gets thrown over the hill just look up at the motel when you pass by they throw trash 🗑️ over the side of the highwall of the four lane bedbugs city go somewhere else nasty and the oldest looking place I mean nasty 🤢

Place sold to a guy from India. He raised rate to a 5 star and place is a dump bed bugs mold. ADVISED STAY AWAY. GO TO COUNTRY BOY INN IN BIG STONE GAP VIRGINIA. they are cheaper and cleaner.
