Wow! The service was EXCELLENT! Mr. Ali was very polite and professional. He even offered me water at the check in when he heard I had been traveling a long time. I reserved a non-smoking room online through a third party service. When I arrived he informed me that the room I had reserved was a smoking room ans asked if this was "ok." I told him I reserved a non-smoking room and he changed it for me right away with no questions asked. He even headed off any complaints of a non-working shower by informing me that it would take about 2 min to warm up since not many people were staying there that night. He didn't give me any greif during the check in process, which he handled very quickly (2-3min if that) and directed me to my room promptly. Yes this hotel is a lower end hotel and the room could use some updating, but it is clean and doesn't smell musty. Between the service from Mr. Ali, the price, and the good condition of the room I'd say I got a very good deal! Thank you Mr. Ali for a taste of the type of excellent service the hotel industry used to provide.

Cons: The fridge didn't work, but that is entirely forgivable considering everything listed above.

Positive: Nothing I did not stay because it was fifthly, and I would love a refund. I would not let my dog stay there. It had mold, was not clean, smelled of smoke, had cockroaches, and was disgusting. had a 100 dollar deposit that noone told me about upfront. Negative: Everything
