The hotel has been newly remodeled, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The breakfast was good, with an assortment of fruit, yogurt, eggs, waffles, muffins, oatmeal and more. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. The check-in was quick and easy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Cathy from the front desk and Tina, the GM, were both great. They offered suggestions on meals nearby, and on multiple occasions asked how our stay was and if there was anything they could do to make it better. It’s hard to find and keep individuals so interested in making guests happy. Highly recommend!

I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, with all surfaces spotless and free of dust. The bathrooms are sanitized to perfection, and the linens are fresh and crisp, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

When we arrived Friday afternoon and the staff was very hospitable and professional. The smell however was the first thing I noticed. It was a musty mildew smell. But I booked and wasn’t able to cancel. So I was like we will make this a good weekend. Well the next night (Saturday) I was coughing and couldn’t sleep, unbeknownst to me an electrical fire had started around 11:30 pm a fire broke out and if we had been asleep we wouldn’t have known. It was an electrical fire right above our window on the roof of the swimming pool. There was no smoke detectors that informed us only the sirens in the hallway. We didn’t really hear them but heard the people screaming and yelling and running to get out of the facility. We immediately jumped up and left the building. The firefighters arrived and put the fire out. They had huge commercial fans to blow the smell out the building and told us we could go back in after 20 minutes. However I wasn’t feeling well and the ambulance was called and they checked me out. We decided to leave the facility and was promised a refund for the rest of our stay. This was the worst thing that happened to me while out of town. Thank God I made it out alive!

A very good hotel. This location is in the midst of a renovation and I look forward to coming back when it's finished. A less discerning guest may fault it more for some of the reno problems (i.e., the bathroom appears to be mostly finished but they haven't changed out the cracked and staines toilet seats so they just look dirty)... but the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in anywhere!

Desk clerk is very helpful, welcoming and professional.

Very clean and rooms seemed updated. A good rate for the quality you get. The cleaning cart was in the hallway, near the same room. Had to go to the breakfast area to get wifi.

The room was dusty, smelled like a wet dog, the view was awful. To make things worse they put me next to the stairwell, where the door slammed loudly every 5 minutes. I left and went to another hotel.

Front desk staff & all other staff workers are very intune with the needs of someone staying here like me!
I'd have to say the staff went above & beyond to fix or resolve problems I encountered with the sinks in 2 different rooms in which I stayed. It seems to me that the sinks were made with an actual design flaw that causes the sink to clog way too easily!!!
Another issue I had while staying here at Confort Inn & Suites was the air conditioner in my 2nd suite. Any issues were resolved quickly, thanks to the professional & hard-working staff ?
I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit family.

Positive: "" Negative: The pool was closed for renovation. Scratches of paint off of the doors and walls. Smell of dogs on the 1st floor near the elevator. Mattress was very hard.
