I am a wedding photographer and florist. I go to A LOT of weddings and taste food from a lot of different catering companies. In my 11 years of business, Kim makes some of the tastiest food I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of food that makes you close your eyes when you eat it so you can savor it longer. Kim was very responsive from day one and she helped craft our menu and even made a few tweaks to a recipe to accommodate our vegan guests. The process was seamless and professional. Additionally, her team planned with me and then took ownership over place settings which was a huge help with set up. Moreover though, the food was phenomenal. I still crave those mashed potatoes!

It takes a lot of logistics to install climate control in special event tents and we are always relieved when we get a call from Kim and her team at Six Star Events. They provide us with detailed information on the tent site, the timing of the event and always help our crew by supporting our efforts and trusting us to do what we need to and provide a comfortable climate for guests. And Kim and Six Star events does it again! She has now catered for both my daughter's weddings and this year the rehearsal as well. The 8.22 wedding was perfect and Kim had so much to do with that. From placing the rental orders, elegantly dressing the tables, creating a timeline, to coordinating the air conditioning and most importantly, alleviating stress during these Covid times, we could not have done it without her. She and her staff went above and beyond, individually plating appetizers and taking every precaution to have a beautiful and safe wedding. The food was delicious as always and the presentation is a true work of art. Her passion in serving her clients and her dedication to the industry is extraordinary.
