Pros and cons of this hotel
Pros:
• Within close walking or driving distance to convenience store and some nearby restaurants
• Free breakfast
• Easy elevator access
• Cheap, only paid $110 for one night.
• Enough Space in Rooms
• Cannot hear noise from highway all that much
• Pet friendly, service animals welcome. $25 for each dog staying.
• Nice, attentive, helpful employees.

Cons:
• Bathroom fan WAYYY too loud
• Small Pool Area (maximum depth was 4” 8in)
• Not many breakfast options, it was a small selection.
• Gave us only 2 TOWELS for our stay, and we had a total of 4 guests staying
• Tried to overcharge on pet fee, charged an extra $52 for no reason but got it resolved. Maybe your employees should check to see exactly what they’re hitting before they charge a guest. Front Desk employee made a comment and claimed that she wasn’t paying attention to what she was hitting and she misread the numbers.

Because of how many cons there was, hence the two star review. Perhaps it could give the hotel overall a chance to improve on the cons I mentioned for any future guests

Great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. Mystic at the front desk could not have been nicer or more efficient. All of the facilities were clean and the fitness center was well equipped. Breakfast was very good, with enough variety to please everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was nice but the bathroom light is attached to the fan which needs repair as it is very loud didn't Want to wake my wife so I used my cellphone to see. Did not like the breakfast hard French toast sticks and some egg sausage and cheese nuggets. Had to microwave my coffee wasn't hot. Hotel itself is very clean.

Travelled with our Springer Spaniel and the staff accommodated us with a great room on the main floor and close to an exit. We also had freezer packs which the staff kept in the hotel’s freezer overnight. Staff was very customer friendly. Only negative which was no big deal…,,,the hot breakfast feature was biscuits and gravy. We’re northerners 🤮

This hotel was quiet, clean and restful. The beds were extremely comfortable. |We like the step in shower!||They provide a nice breakfast area and good choices of food.|They have a friendly and helpful staff. |It was affordable with easy on and off I81…We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a fairly new hotel. It is very reasonably priced. My criticism is that the bathroom door lock did not work and my 2 year old granddaughter was able to walk in on me having a shower.
They had a nice breakfast bar with the usual offerings. The location is right off the highway and a bit tricky navigating immediately across 4 lanes of traffic to get to the turn lane.
I will definitely stop here on my return trip.

After driving all day, I keen to this beautiful hotel. The inside is absolutely beautiful. The beds were absolutely so comfortable. The linen was clean crisp white. The floors were almost spotless but when I take a shower, I prefer not to stand on someone else’s dirty feet marks and then when I look up at the showerhead, I expect to have a good flow of pressure and water and see a very clean showerhead. Other than the shower I would say my stay was absolutely great.

Positive: Hotel was clean, comfortable and as a woman traveling alone, safe. I also liked the fact there was more than enough restaurants within a few miles to choose from. Negative: Walls are pretty thin and you can hear noise from the adjoining rooms. Was woken up at 2 a.m from a baby crying in the room next door.
