We have been staying at the Woodward House since 1993. We stayed there many, many times for both business and pleasure. We have brought family and friends there too! We LOVE the Woodward House on Manor Grade! The hospitality, comfy beds, their "skip a lunch" breakfast is not to be missed, homemade cookies in our room, mingling with other guests at the complimentary bar are just a few of the many reasons we love this B&B.

This was an amazing B+B. Joan and Kathy are so on top of it and go the extra mile in every aspect. The food was all homemade and amazing. They provided just about every kind of toiletries and the beds were super comfortable compared to the luxury inn we stayed at the night prior to staying here. We highly recommend staying here over anywhere else in the area!

Absolutely one of the best B&Bs in the world, as far as we're concerned. We were treated like family. As others say, Joan makes a breakfast that is on the level of a fine dining establishment, actually even better. The amenities far exceed a hotel or even any other B&B we've stayed at! Do not hesitate to stay here if you're in the area.

Woodward House on Manor Grade is TRULY one of a kind spot. my family and I rented out 4 rooms this past weekend for a wedding and we were so pleased with every little detail. the views, the beds are so comfy, the breakfest is scrumptious, and most importantly, the hosts of this Bed and Breakfest were absolute sweethearts. i would come back to this B&B 10x over again. thank you for a phenomenal stay, we felt so welcomed and appreciated. it really felt like home and so comfortable. our wonderful hosts also gave us homeade bath salts that i cannot wait to use! the best Bed and Breakfest ive ever stayed at!

What a gem. Joan, Bob and Kathy are so friendly and welcoming. We were only able to stay one night this time, but we will be back. I think this is the best breakfast I have ever had at a B and B. They get the eggs from their own chickens. Fresh made bread and muffins. Fruit, oatmeal, cereal and your choice of eggs, omelets, pancakes or waffles. We were in Julia's suite. Very comfortable bed and cute sitting room. We would be able to stay several days here. They also have a small pub with beer and wine. It is next to the living room and a very large front porch. It is high up and look out over the town. Lots of room to relax.

My husband and I stayed at the Woodward House in one of the cabins. It was so nice to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The cabin was very nice and the bed was outstanding. There are no words for the breakfast! Joan and Kathy were the best. We so enjoyed our wine at the bar. We love Front Royal and do plan on coming back.

Absolutely amazing and welcoming hosts, exfremely comfortable rooms with all the extra comforts of home. We were welcomed into their bar and given fresh baked cookies and wine. Breakfast was incredible, including the best pancakes I've ever eaten. Definitely stay here if you can
