Hilton is noted for quality. They don't fail here. My main complaint was a $10 parking fee in the middle of an ample free parking shopping center!
I loved the hotel room, Excellent staff and service. Hotel is a bit off of Rt 301 but it's overlooks a beautiful pond with Geese in it.

Decent for a 3 star hotel. The entrance is nice. The rooms are dated. The doors can use some paint. Presentation is everything and this hotel fails. The bathroom sconces have rust. The room vent can use some cleaning. Like does the hotel not see these things? The pillows are the flattest pillows ever. Bed is comfortable. Everything else is okay. There’s no vent in the bathroom so it fogs up. The staff was nice. Wouldn’t be my first choice. But for an overnight stay or two, this place works.

This hotel has professional and friendly staff; however, the property itself needs an overhaul. The rooms are dated. The wood furniture was scratched up. My plastic desk chair was starting to form a hole in the seat. Small, flying black bugs (dead and alive) could be seen throughout the room, but mainly in the bathroom. There is also an extra $10 daily fee for parking; however, you pay for parking separately through your phone AND there is an additional charge to process your payment.

Brianna was super sweet and accommodating right from the booking process to check in. What a sweet person! It's also wonderful that the rooms are clean and quiet! Will stay here again when in the area :)))

Might be worth investing more in updating your rooms than a swanky parking lot that you charge unsuspecting customers for. What a gross approach to business.

Had it not been for your lovely front clerk Arielle (5 stars to her), I was on my way to find somewhere else to stay. Do better, “Hilton”.

Edit: Turns out pool is permanently closed as well - this is not reflected on their Google page. Marked down to 2 stars, do not recommend.

⭐️Expected More from a Hilton

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Waldorf was underwhelming. The building and furniture are noticeably outdated, with chipped paint on the walls and dirty doors that made the space feel poorly maintained. Housekeeping carts lacked visible fresh linens, only carrying towels, which didn’t leave the best impression.

While the staff was very friendly and professional (to no fault of their own), the hotel itself did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Paying for parking in an empty lot felt unnecessary, and the lack of a complimentary breakfast—beyond coffee—was disappointing.

For the price and the Hilton name, I expected better. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

It’s a great hotel and there’s a mall near by no plenty of restaurant to go out to eat. My only complaint is the fact that we had to pay for parking. Plenty of parking on the property but it’s not free. It cost $10 a day to park. This was the only disappointment. We had no idea that parking wasn’t free. I was there for the weekend so I pay a total of $23. $20 plus $1.50 fees. Two days total $20 plus $3 in fees. I was in town for my friend retirement party. It was my first time in Maryland.

Check-in was amazing thanks to Arielle(12/19). Breakfast service was great. Now, let’s get down to the cons:
There was garbage from the housekeepers on my floor from the time I checked in to the time I checked out.
The picture of the rooftop is the view from room 421.
The hotel room is very outdated and needs new paint.
My last straw was the restaurant host a night(African American female) acted as she didn’t see me sit down to order. I had to speak to her and ask for a menu. And she still didn’t speak so I left.
