We have had to reschedule our honeymoon on three separate occasions due to Covid and the original all inclusive resort shutting down..
Kathy and Bob were a great help and very patient with our needs and concerns in each step of our honeymoon and finding the next resort with extras!!

I was very unhappy with the service I received. They are very unresponsive. It took a few phone calls and emails just to get a hold of someone. Then, when they did respond they took a week between emails. I reached out to cancel my reservations due to Covid-19 I was told it wasn't refundable but I can transfer it to a different date. I have yet to hear back from my last email regarding transferring.
