Not a bad location but who ever “cleaned” before we came in missed everything. There was even someone else’s pubes all over our toilet and I was afraid to touch the shower because of the dirt and handprints everywhere. But the guy in the front seemed nice and other than it being a bit dirty we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Warm breakfast food! Animals allowed. Negative: Prices to pay for dogs, I have 2 small dogs. It gets expensive when the cost is a lot for 1.

This is not a typical choice. But it was a good choice. Our room was tidy and only had a stale smell until we sprayed it. The staff was super helpful and was wonderful all around. The bed was extremely comfortable and included my fave - a MUSHY PILLOW!!! I'm sorry others had a bad experience but ours was good.

I was nervous about staying here based on the other rooms, but I am thankful it was better than I anticipated. The front desk staff was nice. The lobby did smell a little funny but I assumed maybe from the breakfast earlier.
We arrived at the room and it took a few tries for the lock to open. The room also had a weird smell. The room was mostly clean. We checked the mattress and there were no bugs. The room appeared to have been renovated as the floors looked new. The furniture was not new. The wood had tons of scuffs and scrapes which showed it's age. The floor needed to be swept but besides that and the smell the room was decent overall. We did not eat breakfast here on this visit.

Clean and friendly! Not fancy but has all you need at really reasonable prices. Room had fridge, microwave, nice TV, iron. Lots of easy to access plugs and good lighting. Also water was hot and good hvac. We will def be back. And good Mexican restaurant within walking distance!

Overall: needs more quality for it to be quality inn.

My crew and I stayed here for 5 days for work in the area. In general, the stay was acceptable but there needs to be a lot more improvement from the owners to make this a better place to stay. The check in process was quick and straightforward. The entry area was nice. However, that's the best part of the hotel unfortunately. This hotel has the room doors on the outside, and our rooms were on the ground level. Doors were sturdy and locks were operational. My door usually took one or two tries with the proxy card to get it unlocked. The grounds were clean and there was overflow parking available for large vehicles in a dirt lot directly adjacent to the hotel. Floors are hardwood, so don't expect a cozy warm feel. My room needed several repairs (see pictures) including a loose toilet seat. I did notify the attendant that my shower was only "warm" not hot, although my crew members reported that theirs were, so maybe something with just my shower. It's one of the main things we look forward to at the end of a long day and was the most disappointing however.

Beds were clean and comfortable to me, although pretty basic. The mini fridge and microwave did work which was nice. The Internet did not work for two whole days while we stayed there. That's entirely too long for those that depend on it for conducting business while on the road. Room service did go a good job of cleaning the room everyday, I appreciated that. Breakfast was pretty disappointing in my opinion. Hot food like eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage would have been appreciated instead of packaged muffins or a banana. Thankfully other options nearby. I think with some more investment into renovations and repairs, this could be a quality place to stay for work or while over the road.
