This is a very nice and clean hotel. The best part is it is animal friendly. The staff goes through a 4 stage process to check for bed bugs . The room had no foul odor and the entire presentation was great !! The continental Breakfast is included and is even vegan friendly. I highly recommend staying here, it is a home away from home !!!

I came in after midnight and Amani checked me in. I was greeted with a big smile and she was so warm and kind and I felt right at home. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were solid. Would definitely stay here again

Location was fair the service was ok. If we needed more towels etc the housekeeping staff gave it to us without any issues. The breakfast was horrible, poor selection of food choices. Many guests including myself for reasons unknown to me our room phones kept ringing off and on all day and into the night. When answered no one was on the other end. We had to turn the thermostat up to 76 degrees in order to feel the heat. Lastly, the toilet had flushing issues; we kept hearing what we believed to be pipes and a “knocking” sound and dripping water. We’ll never stay here again.

The front desk staff was so nice. She was so kind to us and i'm upset i didnt catch her name but her love for jon bon jovi was so wholesome. We had to come into Virginia for an emergency visit from out of state and needed a room for the night. First the good. The bathroom products were awesome. Smelled great. Now the bad. No toothpaste. The floor, shower and towels had hair all over. NOT just from the head, if you know what I mean. The water pressure was terrible. The sink had too much water pressure and the shower had little to none. The blanket had stains on it. The heavy curtains didn't close all the way and the sheer curtains let in all the light from the outside so sleeping was near impossible with how bright it was. For the price, I should have been able to at least sleep peacefully after having driven 6 hours. I've stayed in much cheaper places that were cleaner. You should give that front desk lady a raise because she was the reason we stayed and didn't complain.

Visited here for a meeting. Perfect size room for a small gathering/meeting. It’s right off the lobby, restrooms are right down the hall. You can even bring in your own food.

I stayed at this hotel for a week while in town for work. Let me start by saying that the hotel itself is in fine condition. However, enough of the guests staying at this hotel are inconsiderate and made this stay unenjoyable. ||||Every single night, without fail, a group of about 15 Hispanic men would spend anywhere from 4-8 hours outside drinking, playing loud music, and eating. The music was loud enough that it kept me awake and vibrated through the walls. They also left their trash outside because I guess throwing it in the trash can 15 feet away was too bothersome (picture attached). Most of the guests at this hotel are construction/home building workers. ||||On one of my nights here, one of the guests was delusional, possibly from hallucinogens, and set off the fire alarms at 1130pm on a weeknight. The fire department dispatched 6 trucks and we evacuated the hotel. We were allowed back to our rooms sometime around 145am. I attached photos of this event. ||||Lastly, the hallways smelled like marijuana and it was obvious that multiple guests were smoking weed outside the hotel. At the 7-11 around the corner, you could see drugs being sold. ||||Everything else about the stay was unremarkable and on par with a mid grade hotel like a Holiday Inn, Marriott, or similar Hilton property.the breakfast was your typical packaged Hampton Inn fare, parking was sufficient, and the showers were hot. One other positive about this hotel is that it’s located across the street from a Starbucks Coffee. ||||If in the area again, I would absolutely NOT stay here again and do not recommend it. I have a follow up trip in a few weeks and have already booked an alternative property. The cost for one night in this hotel was around $139/night plus taxes.
