I was looking for an ice cream treat and Leslie recommended the Mango Sorbetto and it was really great! She provided such great customer friendly Bartending services. If you are looking for a nice comfortable sports bar to catch a game or have some pizza, you must check out Crust & Cork in the Hiilton Garden Inn at the River Front in Suffolk VA and be sure to ask for “Leslie!”

Came to Crust n Cork for a dinner with my family and had Faith as my server. She was absolutely wonderful and the food was delicious! Definitely will be back to try something new but will be requesting Faith as my server again. Everything came out perfect!

The worst HGI that I ever stayed at. Do not stay here. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.||The ceiling of part of the lobby had caved in meaning no dinner or hot breakfast was served. They should have warned travelers before arrival that services would be limited. The clerk behind d the desk could not have cared less. He just laughed. ||The woman in charge of the dining room is intelligent, empathetic and informative. She's the one who explained the damage. She should run the hotel.||I contacted Hilton Clint services 4 times. All they can do is give me Honors points instead of the refund I requested. Hilton posts a guarantee that you will be pleased but it obviously doesn't mean anything. They should refund the money charged or get tid of their phony guarantee.

Hotel bar was phenomenal! Staff and food was unbeatable! Definitely made the stay enjoyable. Will return for the quality of the rooms and the hotel bar. Highly recommend this place to everyone traveling in the area for business or pleasure.

We sat in the lobby by the restaurant Cork & Crust, we were waited on in our seats where we ordered appetizers and cocktails. Great pizza and the cocktails were perfect. Our server was awesome , and made sure everything was ok and needs were met our entire time there.

Great food, great service! Loved the brussel sprouts appetizer and followed it up with a delicious new yorker and couldn’t have been happier with how it came out. Superb service from a new server, Faith, who helped me choose such great meal items!

The rooms are clean and well sized. Hotel overall seems decently maintained. ||Would be a 5 star review, however, I’m deducting a star because the shower was lukewarm at best. Barely body temp, it needed to be about 10 degrees warmer. Coming in from 20 degree weather I was chilled to the bone and unable to warm up in the cold shower. ||Deducting another star due to the awful TV service. Barebones basic cable with hardly any channels. More importantly, there is NO OPTION to log in to your own streaming accounts (better hotels have this now) and NO ABILITY to stream to the room TV from your device. Unacceptable in 2024/25. Hilton needs to do better here.
