I've been with Eugene C Yates Insurance for almost 10 years now and am very happy with them. They are great at doing follow-ups regarding billing changes, claims processing, etc. They also go out of their way to keep their customers satisfied and make sure we are not in the dark about anything. Lily is my all-time favorite agent to speak with, but every other agent I've spoken with at the company has also been very friendly and courteous. We found Eugene C Yates Insurance broker online. We stopped by without an appointment and they not only greeted us with a warm welcome, but they saw us right away. We explained that our current Insurance carrier was charging us more than we thought we should be paying for car insurance. Maggie Aguilar was the agent helping us and she found us a much better rate not only for our car insurance but we bundled our homeowners as well and saved even more! I have been with this insurance company for 22 years and they have always had the best customer service, fast response time, helpful in every way possible (especially when I was rear ended by an uninsured driver), they had my back and helped me so much to make a bad experience a breeze. My agent Mercedes is such a sweetheart, she is and has always been on top of everything to make me feel comfortable and keep me up-to-date with all the information involving my claims and insurance prices in general. I can't say enough great things about this insurance company and especially Maggie! She has been such a light in the dark for my family, helpful with answering ALL my questions, and I had a lot! She ALWAYS answered my calls on the first ring, in fact, I don't think Ive ever had to leave a message which is invaluable when I'm at work most of the time. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.
