This is for the Disney Villain event I attended on Halloween 2024. I know, I know twas many moons ago but it deserves recognition.

As usual amazing food, tea, atmosphere and hospitality.

The themed treats and food are always a sight to behold.

My favorite; the pumpkin scones (made by none other than Cinderella!) were so fresh, warm and soft and the butter just added that nice touch. It is definitely a challenge trying not to gulf these down!

There was a new food that I got to try for the first time. A sort of pasta salad which was interesting in both looks and flavor. (and it was in a cauldron! So cool!

Took a minute to get used to since it had a mixture of things I would have never thought of combining but I enjoyed it none the less.

The tea here tasted exactly as it is described on the menu which is rare for me so that was a delight.

Last but not least hospitality is on point here.

A straw, such a simple thing yet in my case was a huge necessity due to my mask. They remembered me mentioning this and when I arrived on the day I see a straw at my table! I didn't ask for this nor did I even think such a small detail was noticed.

Everything was delicious! The Pomegranate & Apple Spice tea were fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly, and the decor was beautiful!

Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors complimented each other nicely. The finger sandwiches were so good we had to order more. 10/10

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Elizabeth and her crew run the most fantastic little tea shop. It was the perfect place for my daughter's bridal shower. The food was exquisite, the service was first class, and the atmosphere was elegant. And there is a little gift shop attached so you can bring home your favorite tea or get a souvenir from a local artist / vendor. The Hidden Tea Room is THE reason to go to LODI. I highly recommend.

Adorable tea room with a gift shop containing loose tea featured in the room. Great place for special occasions or for a relaxing tea experience with friends! A pot of tea is enough for each person to share! There are also gluten free versions available for those who are gluten intolerant!

What a "Hidden" gem in Lodi! During a visit with my sister in Valley Springs we decided we really wanted to enjoy a tea room. Elizabeth (who we later learned is the owner as well as hostess) graciously welcomed us in. It appeared to be a quiet afternoon which pleased us to no end. However, a group of mommies and little princesses soon arrived, which was adorable until they became quite noisy and excited. I had a discreet convo with Elizabeth and requested a table in the gift shop before getting served. She was absolutely wonderful and understanding and moved us immediately. The ambience and decor are exactly what a real tea room should be about; linen table cloths and napkins, fresh flowers on the table, smooth jazz playing softly and impeccable service. We indulged in the Royal menu offering and we're sooo happy we did!..I had the Milky Oolong served beautifully in a proper English pot and Sister had the English Breakfast. From the scones to the quiche and the properly made sandwiches and petite desserts, it was all elegantly done and served with grace. Highly recommend an afternoon tea at the Hidden Tea Room with a couple of your like -minded ladies who lunch. Supporting small local women-owned businesses is a fave of mine...you won't be disappointed! Kudos, Elizabeth!

I love this place!!!! Went here with my husband earlier this month and he didn't think he would get full with the assortments of food, we got the 3 tier assortment, sandwiches, fruit, quiche, desert all come on the three tier platter, plus our own teas, guess what, he got full 😂, the ladies that run this cute tea Boutique are absolutely wonderful, they are attentive, kind, we only been here once and can't wait to go back, reservations is highly recommended

Had a lovely time with girlfriends at The Hidden Tea Room! We wore our Fascinators and pearls, sipped delicious teas, and munched on cute lil sandwiches and scones. The sandwiches were an assortment-chicken dill; cucumber; deviled ham, all tasty. The scones were delicious. Flavorful, and they were not dry. The teas were heavenly and served in various cute lil teacup/saucer sets. Too cute! Service was impeccable! And to top it all off, there is a cute lil shop with vintage teacups, various teas, candles, etc. My only gripe is that I purchased one of the teas I was served, and the flavor seems completely different. That's my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It's a great girls' outing, and I'm definitely going back. Taking my granddaughters next-lol.

I made a reservation for 3 through OpenTable at 10 am. The experience was lovely and our host, Kara, was really nice! Petite food was yummy and our tea was flavorful. My daughters and I will definitely be booking again!
