Definitely a great group of people working at this branch . Every time there has been issues they are quick to fix the problem . Not happy with bmo in general but they are doing there best in the branch to deal with and learn all the new changes since they switched over. Marisol and Alicia do a great job as well keeping the placing going and are very patient and kind. No complaints from me.

The comment about Marisol is not true, I go to this branch at least once a week if not more and she is always helpful with processing my transactions. She set up my credit card. And she is always sweet to my elderly mother. Absolutely go here all the girls in there are sweet.

Place has gone down hill since they were bank of the west. Manager Marisol got loud and argued with me over it taking 2 weeks to get approved and receive a card highly unprofessional. Than the card I received wasn’t the same 0% interest terms as the offer letter and they called me a liar when asked about it and was told I’ll have to prove it. Literally the worse bank EVER wish I could give zero stars

Worst bank branch to go to! Marisol is rude and has no customer service skills. How she is a manager I don't know. Save your time and take your money elsewhere. So many bank options to choose from. Go to FnM at Payless!

Was in the drive through to make a business deposit. Watched through the window as they helped 4 other customers that weren’t in line when I drove up (you can see through the window). Watched a teller go to break. After 15 minutes - pulled around and walked in. Lo and behold - the one that went to break is the one that helped me.
Not once did anyone apologize for not helping at the drive through window.

They closed my checking account in error, causing my paycheck to be rejected. The only service I got was an 800 number, who suggested I go back to the branch where I started. Massive problem for me, no help from them. Moving my banking since there is no customer service.
