We just bought a Grand design solitude and love it. The salespeople We’re not pushy and they really listen to what we were looking for in our new RV. Don’t they have anything grown-ups too? The walk-through was terrific, very professional, and the gentleman explained everything. We had lots of question and all where answered.

We had an amazing experience here. Mike was great and showed different rvs that fit exactly what we wanted and that were affordable! Everybody was thorough, detailed, and took their time in explaining everything to us. Jay and Dan were extremely helpful as well and went out of their way to make the whole process convenient for us. We purchased a new Palomino Puma from Carson RV a couple of months ago. Everyone involved from sales to service to finance were fantastic. As with most new RV's, there were a couple of initial issues during the first use... to be expected. They were quick to provide info and fixes to all issues as I was already on the road. Like most, I was hesitant to purchase from a dealer. I couldn't be more happy with both the RV and the customer service from here. A special thanks to Demetrius in the service department with all of the initial help and quick response while on the road.

My husband & I just purchased a Class C 2011 33ft Tioga Fleetwood RV from them..Armando was our saleman that helped us on getting started on our purchase with our new RV..He is very professional and a pleasure to work with..And Tom did a great job on completing our deal..Then after our purchase we had a few things that needed to be addressed with the RV and the service guys Howard, John & Al were very helpful on getting these things fixed..So if you are in the market for wanting to purchase an RV come check these guys out!! 😁

Had a great experience with Armando. We were looking for a specific make and model travel trailer and he helped us to find exactly what we wanted. We bought our Grand Design at this location. It's a Grand Design Reflection and we love it. I needed new leaf Springs underneath the 5th wheel. John and his team made it a priority to get us done quickly. They even stayed over late to get us done so we could get on the road. I highly recommend the sales and the great service.
