Charged $20 extra for my twin 1.5 year olds! Was told they're the same as 2 more adults! Just ridiculous! We've never had to pay extra for our children at any hotel we've stayed at. They're barely toddlers, won't eat the hotels may breakfast, and share a bed with us!
Beds are uncomfortable. No water pressure. Hallway smells like a mix of something rotten, weed, and chlorine. Toilet barely flushes, it struggled getting just 6 sheets of toilet paper down. There's mold in the shower. Hair and dirt in the tub. What i assume is pubes, dirt, and lint around and behind base of toilet. Only 2 towels (in a room meant for 4 adults). Towels were very dingy, think Motel 6. Shower curtain is dirty, or perhaps stained. Floors in bathroom filthy. Floors throughout room are sticky.
No room for trailers in parking lot. Not a big deal for most, obviously. Figured it's good to know as we assumed there was room since it's next to truck stops.
Certainly not the worst hotel, by far. But definitely not family friendly or worth the price.

The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was both spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was great, and I loved starting my day with it. The location is also convenient, with plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience

I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, who made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a busy day. I really appreciated the little touches, like the cozy atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was a nice way to start my morning. Plus, the hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Checked in close to 9pm and the rooms were pretty nice. They could use some updating and a little more detail cleaning . But all in all it was a very nice stay. My father used the bottom and told me it was excellent and very hot. The shower was not working properly because the showerhead needs replaced . The fitness center was a nice touch to have some workout universal weights . The one weight tower needs to be fastened down though. Breakfast was the biggest surprise. There was plenty of food and bacon and eggs and oatmeal etc… very nice touch! Thanks again .

This was a layover night on our way to a final destination. The only staff member we saw that night and the next morning was very nice, and we have no complaints with her. The facility overall was pretty clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit stiff but okay, and there was some mold in the bathtub. Our only real complaint, which for us was a significant one, was there was zero water pressure for hot water, and not much more for cold water. As an example, if you turned on ONLY the hot water to take a shower there was not enough pressure to even get the water to the showerhead. So after a long day of traveling we had to go to bed sweaty and start our day without bathing. Thankfully the Best Western we went to the next day had no such issues.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt right at home. My room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with a variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day.

Positive: The girl at the front desk was very pleasant Negative: It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was slime behind the faucet, hair in the bathtub drain and the carpet was stained. Also, there was little water pressure in the shower- so little that it didn?t want to turn the shower on

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Motel 6 is ten times nicer than this Best Western. In fact, I have written to Best Western corporate and suggested that the BW brand be taken away from this hotel. |We stayed two nights here, in different rooms. The first night we were in room 306. There was so little water pressure in the shower I could not even wash my hair because I would not have been able to wash the soap out. They claimed they were working on the water system, but a week later there was still no water pressure. There was so much light coming in the room from all of the outside lights that it was like trying to sleep at Noon with just a light gauze over the windows. The next morning we attempted to have breakfast. The hot food (eggs shaped like tortillas, sausage gravy, etc-the usual) was so nasty we threw away entire plates of food. (We were traveling with a friend, who threw all of her food away also). Leaving us with cold serial and the tiniest yogurts ever. (My husband had the make your own waffles, and said that while not great, they were edible. The orange juice was similarly nasty, and was thrown away. |The second night they tried to give us the same room, this time we tested the shower first-the water would not even come out of the shower head because of the terrible water pressure. We tried two other rooms before we got one with semi decent pressure. The second room we tried (suites, supposedly) only had one tv (they are advertised as having two tvs), and there was a big glue stain on the dresser where the other tv had been. The furniture is old, worn and damaged in the three rooms we went inside. That night when we climbed into bed we discovered that the mattress was so old and used that there was a huge divot in the middle. I we tried to sleep on the edges, we LITTERALY rolled back into the hole in the middle of the bed. Again the problem with how much light came into the room. The second time we were also not thanked for being Diamond members and had to ask for our water. The man working the counter was in the small room to the right and was on his phone (every time we walked by). He obviously hated being there. We looked at the food the next morning, it was the same as before, so we went elsewhere. The rugs in the common areas of the hallways were all filthy. Just absolutely nasty. There were dead flies on the floor of our room the second stay. There were no washcloths in the bathroom on our second stay, and one of the towels had a big black spot it. The phone in the room the second night had a light that kept flashing so we had to unplug the power.
