Not clean at all the the housekeeping should be fired. The owner is very nice and respects your privacy housekeeping lady has the habit of walking in without knocking so lock your doors from the witch.

The rooms are decent but, should be alot cleaner , walls in the room we're dirty and the stove didn't work. I like the price . And kitchenettes are always convenient. The service is good their friendly. The location was awesome , close to bus stops ,grocery store and other shopping . Very quiet and safe.

I lived here for over 3+ months, and although the rooms are mostly clean, and the maid is VERY nice, Smiley (the owner/operator) is quite pleasant at first, then quickly becomes annoying and intrusive about pretty much everything! I would have assumed since I cleaned my own room daily, and only used the maid to get clean towels and toilet paper everyday, also, I kept my traffic to a minimum, and never had a noise complaint, that Smiley would be a little nicer, but as the months went on, he seemed more and more irritable and on the rare occasion I had a guest come visit for a few minutes, he was quick to run right over to my room, pound on the door and demand $10 extra dollars for having a guest! I even had a 2 bed room at one point and I was the only one in the room and he tried charging me $20 extra DAILY on top of the $100+ DAILY price he charged me! And that was because my 2 sons wanted to stay with me on weekends sometimes! I mean come on now Smiley, I spent well over $12,000 in the 3 months I was there, and my room slept 4 guests! Why the extra $20 every day Because you are GREEDY!! You are not the most upstanding, person, in fact, some of the stuff you are involved in is downright shady!! Watch yourself! Lol.

The owners are really nice there. The only thing is your not allowed to have dogs or possibly no cats are allowed in rooms at all. One rule there is both parties have to show a ID before getting the rooms.

Free porn is always nice and provided if you request it. Rooms are decent for that part of town. The owner "Smiley" could use a refresher course on politeness and howto testcustomers

This is a nice place to stay. Me and my partner stay here regularly. The owner is very nice and friendly. The housekeeper is a very nice lady and also friendly.
