They close around 4p so get there in time to enjoy your food unless doing take-out. Tri-tip sandwich delicious 😋. I wish it came with 1 side but I had to order a side. The sandwich bread very soft not a lot of dough which I really like made the focus of the sandwich about the meat not the bread. They have patio seating and they lit the heaters for us - we appreciated that. Located in industrial area so gave 4 stars for atmosphere. Without patio and heaters I would have given it a 2 for atmosphere. 4 for food because no side included with sandwich. Service 4 because it took a while for someone to acknowledge us and give us menus. Once we had menus then service improved.

I am glad I found this place. I have roots with BBQ that stem from Oklahoma and Texas. I’ve had some life changing experiences when it comes to BBQ. The service was absolutely fantastic. My drink never went below halfway. The atmosphere was filled with folks smiling and plenty of full bellies. I ended up going with a 3 meat special and chose the following: tri tip/brisket/pulled pork! Trip tip was new to me here being in NorCal only for last three years! I absolutely loved the Tri tip. That was the star of the show!!! The sweet potato fries were fried to a perfection! The corn bread muffin was cooked to a perfect crisp for the muffin top! Who doesn’t love muffin tops The smoke flavor in the meat was a bit light for my liking however all of it was super tender!

This place was pretty good. From the environment to the service to the food I would give it an over all 8. Our server Drew was very informative and knew his menu. Very helpful. We ordered the 4 meat plate that comes with choices of meat we chose double tri-tip, 3 ribs, brisket, one corn bread and 1 side of choice (we picked their Mac and Cheese with sausage). It's about $32 for that plate. We shared it among 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children) we also ordered an extra rib plate 4 piece that came with 1 side we chose French fries, best fries ever by the way. That plate was about $18. I have to say the ribs, Mac and fries were our favorites of the food we ordered today. Definitely want to go back and try their sandwiches and other menu items. They have a ton of options to choose from. I'm sure there will be something to eat for someone. They also make their own home made sauces and ranch as well. We sat outside which was nice and they have heaters outside as well for cooler days. I also brought my fur baby and they didn't even question him there. Anyways, you gotta try it here. After hearing about this place from my hairstylist I decided to stop by for lunch. Had the one meat combo. The ribs had an excellent bbq sauce with lots of meat. The Mac and cheese was nice and creamy with sausage slices. The cornbread muffin was moist and savory. The service was great the employee was ready to leave for the day and he still seated me and took my order which I thought was very nice. Thanks will be back soon when I visit Lodi.

I really had some high expectations going here with my husband for lunch. We are huge bbq eaters and have gone many places to eat but this was not the experience we were hoping for. With some really convincing reviews we were sure we were going to have a tasty experience! Sadly this was not the case. The customer service was good. We were seated right away and asked for drinks. The wait time was a little longer than I expected but to me that just meant their were working on our food and that it was not just sitting there waiting. We ordered the 4 meat combo and a cob salad . When the waitress took our order she asked if we wanted our ribs dry or wet. We said dry as we could put as much sauce as we wanted ourselves (doing this will really let you know how good ribs are instead of being covered up with sauce). We got ribs, tri tip brisket and chicken. You can get white or dark chicken. This was different as we are used to getting half a chicken white and dark meat together. The ribs were so small and dry! I think they gave us the ends. Tri tip was good. Chicken looked super dry but it was not. It wasnt really moist either. Brisket was grey and dry. No juice at all. Mac n cheese were watery and the corn bread was ok. The salad was good but the pictures in the reviews are misleading. It looks huge in the pictures but is not. For $18 thats a bit much. I will not be coming back.

This place is awesome. Best meal that I had on my trip to California this week. It is hidden in a business district, but worth seeking out. They were busy for lunch, but my food was delivered quickly. I had three meats and garlic fries, and all were delicious.

Sauce on the side, meat (ribs, brisket, tri-tip) can stand on their own!

Huge spud with pulled pork, and Mac n Cheese with sausage will force you to come back!

Can’t forget cranberry & pecan pie

Great bbq that delivers. Quick service, tasty smoke flavor, great smells. I came for the brisket and was not disappointed. The coleslaw was rich. The cornbread was a surprise hit. Sweet like cake, little crunch from cornmeal, perfection.

Macaroni and cheese were rich and creamy. Potato salad was very good, chunks of soft potato, with tart mustard, and carrot+paprika for color. Delicious.

Plenty of seating inside, large groups could be accommodated with some planning.
