We rented one of their suites, two rooms one king bed, and one one queen. The room was great, very clean. The hotel was quiet. Overall the experience was great. At checkout they charged us 23.00 for an ice bucket. I guess they reuse them, which has never been my experience staying in a hotel or when I worked in house keeping. I just thought I would share that since I would have never thought this would be an issue. Just in hope to save someone a couple dollars. The lady that checked us out was super angry about it, this was our only interaction with her. Overall though it's a great hotel and budget friendly.

So far so good. Their room A/C heater is very noisy - couldn't sleep well. Beds are comfy but the couch and desk chair were dirty and smelly. Big room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and free limited breakfast (6 am to 9 am). Very convenient and good location. Plenty of parking spaces.

I have never in my life experienced such poor quality service. The “woman” if you can even call her that in the front desk was straight evil. Was asked for a late checkout at 12. We were running about 10 minutes later than that. She raised her voice at my husband and I refused to give us our entire $100 deposit. The rooms themselves were filthy. I left in tears having an anxiety attack. I’ve never in all my travels experienced such disgusting behavior in a place of hospitality. To top it off she called the police, who we spoke to and they were just as confused as we were about the situation. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Booked this hotel for a wedding that my husband and kids were in. All I see are the downsides.
-- There is NOT a hot breakfast like it is advertised. They handed us a brown bag breakfast consisting of a bagel, cereal, milk, muffin, apple and a granola bar. There is no use of a toaster to even warm the bagel. No option for someone if they are lactose.
-- They charge a $25 fee for early check in, isn't too bad, but never have i heard of this before.
-- There is no outlet in the bathroom to use, there is also no hair dryer, for use advertised.
-- Overall it has been one of the worst experiences.

Positive: "" Negative: They were dishonesty and unwilling to help me with my honest mistake. They felt that keeping my money without providing me a service is a good business model. They had the opportunity to make a one time accommodation and they refused.

Ask to see your room before you pay. Outside looks ok, but inside of room is unacceptable. Filthy and stained lounge chair and desk chair. Desk chair rollers didn't work. Lock removed on bathroom window and safety lock on front window didn't work. Mattress had peaks and valleys. All but one towel were stained. One of the two closet doors was broken. Wyndham should remove this hotel from their portfolio.
Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree nearby.

Travel Lodge turned into a Days Inn. Charged me $100 deposit; usually it's just a hold. Very inconvenient. Rooms were big and clean. Bathtub too slippery. Ice machine but no vending goodies. I didn't see any coffee and breakfast items at 6:00 as I was told?

For me, everything was good, for the price it's a very good option, it has refrigerator, freezer, microwave, everything clean, so quiet , the ladie of the front desk was so professional and kind, I give 5 🌟 stars. Don't worry, be happy!!✌️✌️
