First I want to thank the lady at the front desk I forgot her name but she works the evening shift. She was so sweet and helpful. My partner had a small issue and she made it better. Also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable we slept like babies. The jacuzzi was amazing and I’m 6’0 female and I fit just perfect and the view of the beach was beautiful. The entire property was clean and quiet I’m totally coming back. Good luck on the new renovations you have in progress 😁

We called to make the reservation a while ago (for myself, husband, and daughters) and specifically asked for a full ocean view. They explained it would cost more and I agreed because my kids love the view. When we arrived, the room had their hotel building blocking half of our view (photo attached) so I had asked if there was a room with the view we paid for that we could move into. They said, "tomorrow". We agreed. Totally fine just a little bummed. But, excited we get to move into what we were paying for. The next day, we were told to go to a room where someone was still staying in. I walked in on a man in bed. It was so awkward. They moved us to a different room. The view was AMAZING. Myself and daughter were so excited. I laid my two year old down in the bed for a nap and my other daughter noticed something crawling on her. It was a FREAKING BED BUG! I went downstairs and let them know the situation. The lady working the front desk was horrified when I showed her the photo of the bed bugs. After seeing the photo she called the manager, who told her.. "they can go. I'll refund her!" Not only did they not refund me for the night (that I paid too much for!) we had spent there. But, I asked if they had a space to store our things while we figured out where to stay (they were literally not willing to find us an extra room. They said they had none then I watched them "upgrade" the next two people checking in). Which she said no. I asked to talk to the manager and when she was called and told I wanted to speak with her she said, "I already left. I'm not working anymore!" I am literally appalled with how things were handled. The manager Tina, is an actual joke. If you hate your job, quit... don't take it out on people. This hotel left me in an impossible situation. With my children and no where to stay. I didn't hear sorry one time. They said they are under new management and oh man does this place suck worse than ever. I used to love this hotel and I will tell everyone I know how disgusting it is. Including their terrible unremorseful manager. Please don't stay here. And if you do.. check your bed.

Tina, you should literally be ashamed and embarrassed of your "customer service".

I'd give a strong high 4 out of 5 (5 being the best)on my experience. I went with my fiance and my fellow band mates to play a show. The band and my fiance decided to stay here because of the gorgeous ocean view. The staff was super friendly. We were treated very well. Aside from the renovating and construction that was going on everything was wonderful. Even that was quiet. Very peaceful. My only suggestion is to fix the hot water to the shower. It took about 25 minutes to even get lukewarm. Whereas the bathtub and faucets spit out boiling hot water within seconds. 😂

The front desk ladies were so sweet and welcoming. The hotel is located right next to the beach, and we got an amazing view from the balcony. It also came equipped with a microwave and fridge + other amenities. The nightly rates were also affordable.

I really loved the ground floor ocean view room king size bed that we booked. My favorite part was the Jacuzzi that was in between the bathroom in the living room. It really helped us warm up after being out on the beach in the evening and getting cold, I love that there was coffee at the reception desk. I really love the location of the indoor pool because of the amazing view of the beach from there I also especially enjoy the location being one block of walking from the beach immediately across the street actually. The microwave would turn on but didn’t actually heat the food in room 111 and there was a large dumpster right in front of the balcony that got removed the next day and around 8 o’clock at night there was an unusual noise that lasted about an hour. I will stay there again. We really had a great time, especially because of the location and the view from the room and the Jacuzzi.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay, SO WE THOUGHT!
This place is a complete scam. They advertise as if they’re located on the beach—spoiler alert, they’re NOT. What they also ‘forgot’ to mention? They’re under renovation, which they conveniently failed to disclose. We canceled immediately, and the front desk agreed to refund us, but instead, they double-charged the card and are now dodging our calls. Zero integrity, zero customer service, and clearly a shady way of doing business. If you like getting lied to and overcharged, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay FAR away.This place is NOT what it appears to be. There's a complete different motive going on with this place... And it's not Ocean Front.. they are way across the street from the water and u have a bunch of glass doors and all kinds of other building materials at your door step. Why isn't that in their ad? "

Jeniffer at the front desk was very friendly and equally hospitable. She is quite knowledgeable about the area and very easy to communicate with.||Enjoyed the Ocean side view from our room, however the room needs an upgrade ( replacement of the little couch at the corner and don’t find much use of the jacuzzi inside the room) ||Stay was very comfortable and the place is at the walkable distance from the beach. Also enjoyed dinning at the Pureto27 restaurant. ||Having free parking for hotel guests was great.||Would very much appreciate if a bit of complimentary breakfast is included with the stay. We understand that the hotel is working towards this request.||Thank you for the complimentary coffee and tea at the check in station.

Excellent everything. Dont let reviews fool you, there was construction but it didnt effect us in any way. Staff was great, room was clean, view was great. Thay didnt even say anything for keeping tub on a little after quiet time. Overall great experience.
