It wasn't all that bad but it wasn't the Hilton either. The room was clean the property was pretty tidy the towels and blankets we're clean. The water was hot with good shower pressure...
BUT there was always people everywhere in little clusters..and asking for change or cigarettes and/ or just hanging out or whatever. I just staying in room and chilled til I had to work. Thank you to the staff of the town house. They are making it work. Id stay again for sure.

The bedroom smelled old and stagnet. The top bed-spread had a burn mark in it, and honestly, didn't look to clean.
Room was dusted and vacumed as best it could be. I would not recommend for a family but maybe a single person or a couple. Definatly not a family environment.

Only thing good if it's close to the lake and everything downtown is a few blocks away but this place is full of drug addicts and they like to roam the parking lots be careful.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DISGUSTING STRAIGHT UP FLIPPEN NASTY!!!! reporting to better business bureau and health department. Blood splatter on walls , bugs. I have NEVER in my 30 years of life ever taken a shower and felt dirtier after the shower than before the shower until staying here.

Double ads on Maps as diff places, also a Motel 6, both false prices... Rude. They hung up on me for asking about their advertised prices. Stay away..

I have never seen a room look this bad. Im not a picky person room was beyond dirty! 2 condon wrappers found and 2 roches seen for the short hr we were there. Looks like a crack house curtains were all full of makeup.

For 5 yrs I stayed at the Town House Motel on fishing trips up to the Yuba River. It was a little older but always clean, secure and pretty quiet. As a repeat customer the owner/manager used to give me a $40 nightly rate. He also used to let me check in early if I wanted to store a few things in the room. Leave a car parked there if I needed too, even if I had already checked out. It used to be a great Mom and Pop motel.

The owner/manager has changed and the place is completely run down now. Rates went up by 50%. The room I was given wasn't clean, there was food on the floor, and the wall paper was coming off the wall in huge pieces. I turned the sheets back and they were dirty too. The ice machine didn't work. Cars were parked randomly, everywhere. And, I think there were some long term tenents living there and they were up prowling around outside all night long.

This place is absolutely terrible. Do not stay here.

This was the very worst room I had ever seen in my life!! The pictures are of blood stains and stabbed marks in the walls from a large knife!! This was obviously a crime scene that was never cleaned at all!! I could not believe that they had rented this room to my friend! The people that worked there were extremely rude!! I would never suggest anybody staying here!
