I get Dos Coyotes often. I rarely ever have issues. Recently, my mother made a joke about me missing chicken from my entrée. I didn’t pay attention to it then but I’ve noticed it with the last few orders. I still enjoy the food, and will eat there in the future. They just need to go back to not skimping on the meat.

I have gone to this location once before, but am more familiar with other Dos Coyote's locations. Just like all the other locations, this is a counter-service business, although they do bring your food to you and clean up after your table.

I went during a stagnant time around 4 o'clock. There was no line to order and only one or two other people dinning in. The person taking my order was okay but seemed a bit annoyed.

My food came shortly after I ordered it, hot and fresh out of the kitchen. There salsa bar does not have the hot pico de gallo unlike other locations, but still had plenty of other salsa options and jalapeños, onions, & cilantro to choose from. I ordered the market burrito( grilled chicken, rice, beans, salsa - comes with a portion of chips) and a side of black beans & rice. The food was delicious and unique due to the fact it's texmex not Mexican food. Give Dos Cyotes a try if you find yourself in this shopping center or if you are on a lunch break.

The dishes are flavorful and substantial. The green enchiladas were very tasty. The salsa bar is what gives this place the 5 stars. A large selection of complimentary salsas, hot peppers, limes, moles.

Was really excited to get home after a 12 hour shift and eat my fajita salad, but it was almost un edible. My tortilla was burned to the point that the charred bits were all over the beans and everything else it touched. I had to deconstruct the entire thing just to eat it. On top of that, I paid for extra chicken and extra veggies and it didn’t reflect that in my opinion. Probably will never order anything to go in the future.

Great service, fresh, seasoned foods! I can always count on their food to be above par. If anything isn't, they are quick to fix the concern. Specifically, I would like to commend the mgr Tatiana. She serves with excellence and I always ask for her when ordering. Highly Recommended! Pictures are of the Santa Fe salad. I added shrimp.

I think it was the manager who today set up chairs for us & our puppy to sit outside, he even checked on us to be sure we had plenty of chip & a bowl for our dog, he went beyond his services to us, we thank you very much, food was excellent as it always is!

Dos Coyotes is consistently solid. I have tried almost everything but it’s the mahi mahi burrito I keep coming back to. It’s like happiness in a tortilla.
