An excellent team when they are called they come promptly and the tech's can handle anything there called on to do day and even the late evenings call Nicole is responsive to what comes up it's gated and safe not to far from malls the highway and the community it quite I believe it's beautiful esyim the back green please consider living here J Mc Mann

Great staff. Responsive to maintenance requests. Felt pretty safe in the community. One issue was no assigned parking. Being partially disabled, I frequently had to park in the back but lived in the front of the complex. Otherwise I would probably still be living there. One assigned space per apartment would have a big impact on comfortable living. Guests and other vehicle parking should be relegated to the back as overflow parking. Otherwise, great place to live!

Heyddy took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff and maintenance workers are extremely accommodating and friendly also ❤️

The manager of Lincoln Woods is a very efficient person. She is kind and cheerful.
She makes sure that you know and have all the details of how to obtain an apt there. Once you’ve completed everything required.. she makes sure you have a smooth transition into your new dwelling unit.

It was a okay place to live just didn’t fit what we’re looking for at first management was not good at all

Cockroaches also live there. Management will have your unit sprayed after you pack everything up and place it in the center of living room which is already small and the cockroaches will move to the next unit until they spray for bugs. It's a back and forth game. Don't live there. Also my wife and I heard the neighbors upstairs starting at 9p.m every single night the whole time living there. Not the place to have a family. Very disgusted
