The White Lotus it is not. This is the most non-four-seasons four seasons I’ve seen. The staff was fantastic, but the rooms and hotel in general, were very much not fantastic. The rooms are incredibly dated and look like a Sheraton. Full stop. The hotel is fine, but if you are expecting the four seasons, it is absolutely not that. The 2 stars are based on what a four seasons experience typically is. Overall, I would equate it to a JW Marriott. Location is also an issue. Absolutely nothing around the hotel and removed from the rest of Palo Alto. The brand clearly relies on reputation to get you to book here. Unfortunate.

This hotel is very clean , contemporary, and spacious . We had a corner suite and I must say I was very impressed with the room. It looked like the finishes had just been renovated and it showed. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly throughout. Great hotel if you’re attending a game at LEVI stadium. Very convenient. Front drive staff was also very prompt and friendly. We had breakfast at Quattro. Server had too many tables and service was slower than it should have been. The food at the hotel was a bit underwhelming. Perhaps was just an off day. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will return. Would like to try the pool next stay.

HI All, My wife and I had a reservation for someones wedding there , Over two months before weeding day (Unfortunately ) the wedding got canceled, This lovely hotel refused to return my money because of not having insurance. They first asked me to cancel the reservation saying they"ll consider that, but after canceling they refused the money and also refused to re instate the nights so at list I can use it.
The travel agency supposed to tried as well, But I really don"t believe it, (Hotels.com).
They both make good money , they should not be that greedy!
I strongly suggest consider not renting their rooms, there are other nice companies which deserve your business,
The plans change sometimes! They should not punish us.

Lovely hotel, warm staff and good facilities.
We stayed for 7 nights and had a good time. They kept fruits and chocolates for us on Chinese new year.
The bathroom had double vanity, the water pressure was good.
The gym had towels and good enough for a good workout.
We loved our stay here and would come again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I really liked the pool area, they have lots of seating/beds. They also have an Italian restaurant on the property if you want something other than room service. I would definitely stay here again

It’s called a luxury hotel. But that may have been true in the past. Or I would say it’s an old styled luxury - not modern luxury. The room I was in had a slightly weird angled wall. The room was broader from one end and narrow at the other. The TV was quite oddly placed at the corner of the narrow wall.

The shower was a bit tight too. The bathtub looked very small as well.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons, and as expected, everything about my visit was exceptional. The room was immaculate! Truly a testament to the attention to detail the housekeeping team provides. The space felt thoughtfully designed, blending modern luxury with comfort. The amenities were top-notch, and it’s always a delight to experience the level of service that the Four Seasons is known for. I especially appreciated how the team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

However, I wanted to share a small concern regarding the breakfast benefit from the Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) program. I’ve stayed at other Four Seasons properties using this program, where breakfast for two was included. When I ordered room service, I even confirmed with the person taking my call that the benefit applied, so I was surprised to see a charge for the full price on my bill.

I reached out to the hotel to clarify this, and I was told someone would get back to me via phone or email. It’s been almost three weeks, and I haven’t heard back yet. I understand that things can get busy, but I’d appreciate any follow-up on this to clarify what happened and prevent any future confusion.

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I look forward to returning. I trust that this was just a one-time oversight, and it won’t take away from how much I’ve enjoyed my Four Seasons stays in the past.
