This review starts 10 days ago when we order a pizza to go. We picked it up with a salad and made it home 30 minutes later only to find someone had put a piece of tin foil between the pizza and the box. This congealed the crust back into dough. Accidents happen and we called to let them know. They offered to give us credit on another pizza in the future which brings us to today. We decided to try again and after working a long day to let Old Town Pizza do the cooking for dinner. I showed up around 7pm to the side take out counter and after a some checking they found the order. I was asked if "I wanted to take a picture" and she had been "told about me" wor really all we wanted was for them to make it right from the previous mishap. My family has been loyal to Old Town Pizza for 25 years and now they want to disrespect and challenge me for a $20 order. In this very competitive pizza environment where every dollar matters it's unfortunate that I asked to get value for our families hard earned dollars and we're looked down upon for asking. Sorry Old Town Pizza this is our break up letter and would encourage others reading this to patronize other options in Lincoln.

It's been 15 years since I was last in Lincoln. I remember when the original location opened in 2004. I was really happy to see that they're still doing business. The new location is really nice. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The pizza was great, just like I remember . Congratulations on your 20 years in business 👏 🙌

Saturday night around 7, ordered Choo Choo Chicken and a Great Notion Double Stack Stout. It was positively delicious I cannot recommend this place more! Spenser was great and very attentive. Bonus: the bathrooms were clean 😁

You want great music and the perfect volume and amazing pizza come here! And the beer selection is awesome if your a berrhead! Tell all your friends this is an awesome place to take a nice drive to!

AMAZING FOOD! Pizza was so good and filling. I literally got full in two slices. My favorite was the BBQ Boxcar it was very good. My first time eating here and it is on my top 3 best pizza places ever. Server was amazing and nice. Many nice seating options but we opted for the rooftop sitting. I love it.

Loud. The chicken wings are the best i have ever had! Fall off bone mouth watering chicken. I went for my birthday today. Got the biggest count of wings just for me.

Cannot recommend enough!! Maddy was our amazing server, the hostess was very prompt and sweet, we ordered the bread sticks, a custom pizza, the seasonal pickle flatbread, on tap beer and cider. This place has an amazing rooftop dining experience and the atmosphere is top notch

By far my favorite pizza place. Great food, great service. Supports local schools and teachers, as well as other organizations. Not a large restaurant, so during busy times there can be a bit of a wait.
For non-busy times, there are two rooms for large gatherings.
Also a large selection of beers
