Do not use this travel agency. The owner (middle aged Vietnamese lady) is incredibly rude. She hardly ever picks up the phone but when she does, she will hang up on you. Once you book a flight with her and then try to make any changes, she will straight up tell you that she can’t help you. I don’t know how they are still in business with their shady tactics and terrible customer service. Save your money and time and book your flights elsewhere!

Bad experiences for me, she sold the ticket to me the plan number not flying for this month. We went to the SF airport today they told us the plan was cancelled 3 week ago...we can not fly we have to come back home we call her from the airport ask for help she hung up my call 3 time.not responsible

Bad service. They hung on you and tell you there is no seat available. I found seat elsewhere much much cheaper. I remembered once I told them the flight online is cheaper. She said"go buy online" baaaad busseness. Don't get your ticket or anything there.
