Room was clean, breakfast was as most in this price category. However, the hairdryer didn’t work, the heat didn’t work, and it took a the weight of a 200 pound person to
Open the door.
Best thing, a number of well known restaurants within walking distance. Staff is great considering their barrier if non functioning technology fir check
Out and deposit refund.
A fresh coat of paint in the lobby and breakfast area and care by management could this a better rated stay.

The convenience was that the motel was right off of I-5. But you don’t talk to anyone from the hotel when you’re booking over the phone. This causes confusion when you’re trying to accommodate for a large number of people. When the sun went down, our entire group felt uneasy staying here as protections like the door were loose and the fact we’re right next to a homeless camp contributed to this. The upside were there was no additional fees for our pet, the beds were clean, and most of the room was. The bathroom was filthy. The complementary breakfast wasn’t very good and having roaches on the floor near the breakfast area we a little gross. The young gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and tried to accommodate us the best he was able to. I wouldn’t stay her unless it’s the last possible option.

Positive: The staff. The ladies who checked me in were wonderful! I had not planned on getting a room. With the rain being as bad as it was, I did. The room had almost everything needed, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, plenty of linens. Bed & room were comfortable Negative: I'm thinking...nothing comes to mind.

Go somewhere else! In 2021, someone tried to enter my room in the night here and opened the door! Luckily, I felt unsafe and had pushed chairs and items in front of the door. Protect yourself! Get a door alarm stopper! That door was not secure, and strange cars lingered by the rooms at night -which open right outside. Roaches... scratchy towels, the works. The staff was nice back then... but the scene felt chaotic and dangerous.

Super sketchy and yucky.
I drive from Seattle to LA a couple times a year and normally stay in Sacramento but my normal hotel was sold out. I thought La Quinta’s were at least clean even if not high end.
The ‘no smoking’ was so rank smelling it was hard to sleep. I ended up getting up and leaving at 3:30 AM because sleeping was impossible.
I would never stay there again.

It was not clean. I had to be moved several times, doors were hard to open. Also it was a dildo in my closet with dust bunnies all over it that rolled out when I opened the closet door. Roaches and flies in the room fighting over space. After I spoke with front desk it took over 3 hours to address these issues.

Both sink & tub are clogged. Wifi not working on my tablet & cel phone. But staffs are really helpful & accommodating...breakfast are good & satisfaction...we couldn't find TV program we want, I guess no internet? So far, I can rate my stay from 1 to 10 is 9...

A little difficult to find, there is no signage on the building or in the entrance to the lot.
They appear to be in the midst of a renovation. Our room was great, tile floors (a little cold) full size shower, no tub (I wouldn't use a tub at a motel anyway.
One elevator did not work properly, you couldn't call it to the ground floor, but there is another elevator, and you can take it down, just not up.
The breakfast was very limited, nothing hot except the coffee and the waffles.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
There seemed to be a number of "long term" residents.
