This last stay was amazing as usual except the check in desk staff had the personality of a knat and the hot tub was not working AGAIN. BUT, the room was AWSOME as always. And yes I freak this hotel on a regular basis while traveling

Adam was so helpful with answering any questions we had or anyone had! Super friendly and very informative.

There was indeed a hot breakfast which made my child so happy. He definitely loved being able to make your own waffles.

The rooms were comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker, TV and microwave. The AC did pretty good well.

Rooms were very clean. Front desk lady was nice. Breakfast was 4hrs long which is nice because it was from 6am-10am ...which was great so I could sleep in a bit more.

I average about 15 different hotel stays a year. Lodi Hampton makes up about half of those stays and it is my favorite Hampton. Adam remembers me and also remembers my preferences and just takes care of anything. He always goes above and beyond. I appreciate the consistency and service that i get every time I am here.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Lodi the night before knee replacement surgery. Only 5 minutes from the Adventist Hospital, this was the perfect inn to get us to our 5:45 am check in. It was quit, clean and spacious.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one is a must. We had a horrible experience here at Hampton Inn in Lodi CA. We requested an extra towel and never came follow it up and we got a very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNEDUCATED manner response from the front desk. She yelled at us and even told us to go down the front desk and pick it up. I ask to speak with the manager and she said she is the Supervisor and her name is Carina. NEVER EVER got a response like this in any hotels we’ve been too. I will NEVER EVER ask anyone to go to this hotel just find a different hotel.

Stayed one night here before heading to Napa and Sonoma. My husband is a Diamond Lifetime member so we tend to always stay at a Hilton family hotel when we travel as they are "free" on points. There was nothing wrong with this hotel, very typical Hampton Inn except it was in great need of an update. Things were worn and it felt old, but otherwise we had no issues.

Room - h/cap, was huge, bathroom large, shower was Luke warm hot water, H2O pressure was poor, heat in room was difficult to get warm. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast food was fair, only thing hot was the coffee.
