Starting with the appetizer. Calamari Steak, super Light Tempura with Fresh Calamari Steaks and Hot ( Fresh). Not Chewy...not little peices. CALAMARI STEAK! Beautifully done! Zakuro Roll with the peanut sauce. Best item on the menu. Sunshine was also Delicious! Service was 10/10 Super Friendly and Fun. My wife and I had a Great evening! We like to try new things locally and this is a must go back to and explore what else they have. Price was on point. I was completely satisfied leaving this evening. Cheers 🍻

Zakuro is a wonderful place to have really good fresh sushi. I visit zakuro frequently and are always welcomed with smile and excellent service.

I think best sushi in Sacramento area. Service is amazing. Sushi is fresh and the rolls are to die for.

I am surprised by any negative reviews, but especially the harsh one. I am telling you this restaurant is a gem. I have been going to zakuro since I moved to Lincoln 3 years ago and it’s just gets better and better.

I could give zakuro nothing less than five stars it deserves.

First time stopped here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Both had the lunch combos. The salmon (teriyaki) was the best I’ve had since we moved to CA three years ago. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back.

New Years Eve date with my girls and we had a great experience. I love how cozy and quant this place is. The dim lights were perfect and the table service was good. We ordered the Super California Roll and Rex Special Roll and OMG they were both DELICIOUS. We will definitely be returning!

We were out and about and decided to skip Orchid Thai this time and try the Sushi Place nearby. We were not disappointed by trying a new thing.

Price: I would say this is mid-priced sushi. Not $7 rolls but also not $20 or more rolls. I felt like the portions we received were fair for the price.

What we ordered and liked:

Oceans 12 roll
Super California roll
California roll
Shogun
Gyoza 🥟
Chicken Teriyaki
And shrimp tempura.

The chicken was tender and the teriyaki was not too sweet.

The rolls were of decent size and they did not skimp on ingredients. Lots of expensive fish eggs yummy.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were very welcoming and accommodating of us.

The only thing negative I will say is that the tables and fixtures were old and the place was a bit dark. I think a remodel is in order but that has little to do with the food.

I will come back when I’m in the Lincoln area again. This place left me wanting more.

Like this sushi place, quick and delicious meals, good prices for such a good portion of sushi. Our go go King Kong 2 for spicy lovers, and king king 1 for not spicy lovers.
