Booked a room through hotel.com late last night for next day afternoon check in, being today. Drove 7 hours. Arrived, front counter told me I was a no show, check in was due for 3pm yesterday. Hotel.com and actual front desk staff wasn't any help. They charged my CC for the room already too and wouldn’t refund it. Still wouldn’t even move it up and sell me room for today.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and having a full couch in the room was nice. The room was a little dated. The employees were nice and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, but there was not enough seating in the breakfast area. The waffle makers were great! I usually stay at another hotel but it was fully booked so I stayed here. I would probably not stay here again as the price is high for what you get, but it was alright for one night.

Morning after checkout, I placed a call to this hotel about charges. Desk girl was EXTREMELY RUDE on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being worst, her disrespect was a 20. Didn't listen to my inquiry, cut me off during every single sentence, including my first one. She didn't stop interrupting until I asked her to stop and then she only DIDNT interrupt me for one sentence - went right back to being super rude. She had a very disrespectful tone. The bed was like concrete. Hotel only provided 1 sheet & a very lightweight comforter - no blankets! The heater thermostat was broken, ice maker was broken, the exercise room was partially out of order. Save your $

We stayed at this hotel for a few days for a funeral and had a overall good experience. The room was clean, and the hotel was to be expected for the Comfort Inn brand. I did notice a very heavy marijuana smell int he hallway, but it did not come into the room, so that was good. It is by far one of the best values in the area, so I was worried that it might not be up to par. If anything, my only complaint was that breakfast was a little lacking- the eggs were overcooked each morning, and the options weren't as plentiful as I had seen at other Comfort Inn hotels, but it was ok. Luckily, there were restaurants in walking distance. I did notice a lot of construction workers staying at this hotel, so there were a lot of trucks at night lining the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

We used one of the hotel’s conference rooms for two years for our church services on Sunday mornings. All the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and nice, and they always took care of us by responding to our requests in a timely manner. We are very grateful that the hotel management allowed us to use their conference at a very reasonable price!

My husband and i stayed here for a family get together as did alot of our family. The rooms were average but clean, nothing fancy but affordable. All of that aside we were met with a very rude front desk host, she acted like we were all a total inconvenience even though we greeted her with nothing but a good attitude. We had numerous encounters with her throughout the night each worse than the first. When leaving we asked for her name to which she replied "I dont have to tell you that" we explained that she was very rude and we'd like to talk to her manager about it. She proceeded with telling us bye repeatedly and then used some foul language towards my husband when he asked for a receipt. I would have said i enjoyed my stay. But the way we were treated is unacceptable, so we will not be back.

We've been staying here for 13yrs, this our home away from home. Shayla M always provides professional and quality service. The Comfort Inn is blessed to have Shayla as part of their management team to set such high standards!

Door key did not work 4 times and they finally gave me a different room. Workout room was broken and a mess. Lobby and hallways smelled like smoke. Customer service was awful. Just hard to find nice things to say when it was overall dismal. I don't expect much and I stayed because of the location and that in the past, my experiences with comfort inn and suites has been much better.
