BE AWARE — MOLD FOUND ON PILLOWS !

The only acceptable and good 5 star review I would leave here is for the housekeeping lady who took care of the breakfast area. She was very sweet and kind and mastered to keep the area clean regardless of the headcount that maxed out the room for everyone to eat at. The area was clean, and the food was refilled as soon as it was low and she up kept with the cleaning and wipe down throughout the time everyone was eating. I did not get her name but I thank her for that service.

As for the experience in renting out the room, it was not quite what was expected as some of the reviews say nor the pictures posted online. The smell smelt like a wet dog. I had called for the maintenance guy to see if there were any type of cleaning products or Febreeze to at least it out the room. He did bring a cleaning supply and said it was “Febreeze” but while spraying it, it smelt like pinesol and looked to be a mixed cleaning yellow product.

Housekeeping lady did a good job at cleaning our room when we weren’t in the room.

However, on our last day, ready to check-out, we’ve noticed MOLD on the pillows that we slept on!! We hadn’t noticed it while being here. We bring the concern to the manager Claudia, and she responds right away with apologizing about the MOLD and said “We will take care of you and we’ll need to investigate this more” and asked us if we requested for room services and mentioned that “maybe the housekeeper was not aware” and then proceeded to call head of housekeeping and they both went into another room, and came back and explained that we had booked with a 3rd party and to contact them to contact the hotel. Soon as I step outside to call Priceline (who we booked with) and got them on the phone, a minute later, I went back to the front desk and the manager Claudia was gone and 2 front desk ladies were there. One of the front ladies then told me “Oh the manager approved of 10%” To my understanding, my other half was not already feeling good while we had our stay here and it simply could be because of sleeping on pillows that had MOLD on it.

We end up leaving because we were just kept getting put on hold with Priceline. We finally see the manager in the breakfast area with other employees, having a meeting while she sees us waiting in the lobby the entire time. Let alone, having food delivered for their lunch, which I am understanding of it. But there’s a serious concern happening in her lobby and she continues to carry on without even trying to help us.

10% is something to offer but not if a concern that includes HEALTH in it! Mold can carry a lot things that will lead to an illness! Just very unacceptable to how the manager was so quick to “investigate” and gives the results of investigation of a 10% within a couple of minutes!! DO BETTER! THIS IS NOT OK!!

This used to be my go to spot to visit LA. But after my last visit I will never stay here again. I paid for a queen size bed and was given a full size bed. Went to the front lobby and was told that it was a queen bed. I could barely even fit in the small bed. Very uncomfortable and not quality at all. This hotel also has a small parking lot and every night was over booked or they had random crack heads smoking in the parking lot. You can not go out for the night and come back and expect a parking space.
Overall the pictures of the room when trying to accommodate online are falsely advertising. They show you a complete different room than what you will actual get.

Also forgot to mention. Don't count on sleeping in because the house maids are so freaking loud you can hear them all in the hallways even thou my door said do not disturb.

Kinda hard to sleep in when they yelling and laughing and their radio constantly go off

My husband and I arrived at the at the Quality Inn February 19, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. We were tired, hungry, and sleepy. The check-in process went smooth. The young man who checked us in (KELVIN) was so pleasant. He was patient, kind, answer all our questions with professionalism and a smile. Kelvin had no problem dealing with these two 70 years olds. The room was very clean and was just right for our needs. Breakfast was included with our reservation. The breakfast was delicious ( waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc...) When family visits from other states, I plan to recommend this Quality Inn too my family and friends as soon as possible.

The room's water temperature fluctuated, alternating between hot and cold. The shower head fell apart as I was preparing to shower. Despite water issues, the room's cleanliness compensated.

Breakfast options were basic, comparable to hotels like Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly, and the location was good, near several fast-food chains, supermarkets, and the airport.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Quality Inn, but the room quality could be improved.

Adequate motel close to the airport, building tired and a bit unclean…especially the hallways. Rooms ok, bathrooms need updating. Front desk clerk Kelvin was helpful and dedicated to making our stay a good one. He was very enthusiastic.

This was my first time at the quality inn and I will for sure visit them again. Majority of that goes to the exceptional service I received from the front desk. The agents name was Kelvin and he was extremely helpful and actually got a few laughs out of me despite being tired and ready to get into my room. The room he assigned me was perfect considering I was parked in handicap and the room was immediately in front of the parking. I was surprised he noticed that. Outside of the service, the rooms were very clean and spacious. There was very little noise considering I was right by the front entrance. Additionally, the next day I requested a late checkout and was accommodated right away. This location will definitely be on my list to stay at again.

Cleaned everyday, friendly staff, rooms are spacious, breakfast is amazing loved loved loved the lady that prepared the eating area every morning we were there, 2min walk to panda express, very affordable for the whole family

Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

LAX is imminent, parking lot is convenient, there was a little odour, but it was fine considering the price.

The receptionist in the front desk Kelvin was sooooo friendly and helpful, thus I rate five stars for this motel in services.
