I cannot recommend this hotel at all !!!!||Unfortunately I booked this hotel and made a mistake right at the beginning, I misspelled the date, after a month of writing to the manager Aria Shafiee. He wrote me that he rebooked my reservation and that the stay will be fine, even without charge. Upon arrival at the hotel I was to stay at for 3 days, the first night everything seemed fine. The next day we arrived after sightseeing in the evening around 8 o'clock and the problem started we could not get into the room our card did not work . At the reception after an hour I found out that some other manager of Guadalupe decided not to accept what Aria wrote and that she wanted us to pay $100 per night again and that otherwise they would not give us our stuff. It was half past 10 in the evening and I was still arguing with the receptionist to let us into the room...I should mention that my 7 year old son was crying and didn't understand why he couldn't go to sleep in the room...The receptionist was very uncomprehending and said he wouldn't let us into the room until I said I would call the police, so he gave us the stuff from the room but that was it. So we left at 10 pm to find new accommodation.I did not want to pay for this hotel again. I've paid $250 before || So beware. I had paid for the hotel and they wanted me to pay for it for the second time. I guess this is how they treat foreigners. !!!!!!

We stopped here as our last stop on our road trip along the coast of California because it was the cheapest option for Choice hotels near LA. The hotel was on a questionable back street in a good area. There was a parking garage that you got a permit and a code to for your stay. We got in a little early and were pleased with the number of gas and dining options nearby. We went to a Mexican restaurant around the corner, called El Torito, which was very good. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were soft after our long drive. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of hot and cold options. If we are going through the area again, we would definitely stay here.

The room was clean, breakfast was good if not busy, and the shower pressure was great!

The parking garage was conveniently 2 doors door the street, and a good deal, but NOT free as believed ($10/night).

The location is quiet enough but further away from most things you may want to visit.

Stayed last week for 2 nights before our flight home from los Angeles. Nice hotel, check in was easy. Nice room/bathroom and clean bedding/towels. Breakfast was good and as much as you want. |Neighbourhood was ok and safe to walk about in the evening. |Would recommend this budget hotel if staying close to LAX airport is what you require.

Rooms were beautifully clean, had nice cooling system microwave and full fridge and freezer. Comfy beds with really nice down comforter. They had a nice clean warm pool, and breakfast! I got muffins yogurt, sausage, eggs and waffles . I didn't like the parking structure it was designed very poorly.

A real honest review... Let's start off that thr location doesn't look the best. But you have to be careful judging books by its covered. I had a easy check in, car I was renting was very secures with their gate parking...now parking is additional but I didn't have any problems finding parking and using permit for my dashboard my stay. The pool was open during my stay which was Valentines weekend but was alittle cold didn't use it. Was on 2nd floor. They have washer and dryer machines, travel brochure area. Breakfast was great sausage links, muffins, toast, eggs, fruit, waffles they had regular or Blueberry, yogurt, orange juice and it was HOT BREAKFAST which was a plus. The office is small but it was clean, our room had 2 queen beds with lotion, shampoo, soap all supplied by hotel, refrigerator that worked and microwave that worked to for our late night snacks was very convenient with having a child with us. It was affordable, close to airport(NO SHUTTLES was My only problem after I drop rental car off). Bed were was sooooooo soft omg i was really shocked at my experience. 50 deposited and parking is a fee but thats every hotel unless you want to go far off the grid to avoid it. Please be careful readin reveiws everyone experiences is different and I saved alot by having hot breakfast so after I left hotel I could start my day immediately. They also had a customer computer u can use with a printer that is convenient if needing to print off tickets and etc I thought that was cool. Staff was nice, I got clean rooms once I requested per there rules you have to request it. For the price, the amenities they offer, hot breakfast, secure parking and it's a hotel where room doors are inside which Is another plus you can't beat it. Now is it the BEST hotel no but If you traveling on a budget then this the cleanest, affordable and have alot to offer then some of the 3 to 4 stars (ratings varies depending on your experience). It's not really any 5 stars hotels in LAX just have to find one that fit your trip. This was from Sat-Tuesday didn't have any complaints like I said not one problem or BUG in site, mattresses was clean I mean don't have think twice I wouldn't put my family in no filth or dangerous area. Give it a try.

Accessible and affordable hotel. A quick 10-15 minutes from LAX, and about 30-40 minutes to either Hollywood Blvd or the Los Angeles cruise terminal. Basically in the middle, so you're able to visit both in relatively short time. A basic breakfast is included. There is no noise from the airport despite being next door.

Overall quality was just OK. For example, the carpets look dirty. They seem to cater to budget travelers vs. business travelers. ||But the price is very reasonable, the rooms seemed clean and safe. The rooms werew quiet when I stayed there. It is a 10 minute drive to/from the LAX airport if looking for a place after a late flight in or before an early flight out. There is an ARCO gas station with cheap gas (by California standards) on the same block, if you need to fill up a rental car before returning to the airport. There is also a grocery story (Ralph's) a short drive or a 10 minute walk away.||Front desk staff seemed friendly.||I thought I had seen a fee for parking on the hotel Website, but one gets a free pass to a gated parking deck on the same block. I found free space on the second level of that parking deck on both my stays. I don't recall seeing an elevator back down to the ground floor, so if traveling with lots of luggage one may want to unload the car before parking.||There is not really much official parking space on the street in front of the hotel entrance, but there is enough space to park in an unofficial spot with hazard lights on while checking in.||Nothing fancy. But convenient for the airport and reasonably priced.
