I am a truck driver, and service is a lost art, but I must say they go above and well beyond!!! Let me explain, I can NOT drink and operate a CMV , I called to ask if th allowed semi trucks, the answer was no?( bummer) Olivia said that they would be more than happy to come pick me up and bring me to they're establishment! & drive me back 2 the truck that is paradise for a driver!!
Tabitha the bartender was outstanding she's got well above and beyond the normal tip I'm going to recommend this place for any truck driver much less any individual that is in this part of Alabama I will be coming here every time I'm in the area

My twin bro and I hadn’t been back together in Livingston since we were roommates in college there over twenty years ago. He saw this restaurant I think on Facebook and we decided to go down to reminisce and grab a bite to eat on the way back home. The steaks are amazing here and I will say they rival my favorite, Longhorn. Steaks were fresh, tender, and seasoned through and through. I had a 16 oz ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and of good portion size. Baked beans were delicious. Our server Bre, was excellent. She took care of us promptly and was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggestive of things. The place can get a little crowded and parking can get a little congested as well. The steaks are the star here, although my niece had the crab claws and one of my nephews had chicken tenders. This place has a good country atmosphere. Only thing I can suggest is some type of music. Management should look into maybe 80s, country, soft rock, or rhythm and blues music to be played softly as guests eat their food. Just a little suggestion :). Will definitely come back here.

The waitress was very nice very talkative and the steak was very good probably the best steak I’ve had in my life the fries weren’t so good though but I definitely am gonna be coming back to this place sometime

The Famous Ribeye Steaks here are absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy with the perfect charcoal taste and grill marks. Service was very good as well. Well worth a 2 hour drive one way. Will be going back.

First time visit. Very good steaks. Polite and helpful waitress. We ordered the fillet and it was huge! Great taste. The salad was fresh and the rolls were soft.

I usually do not write reviews but on this night (9/7/24) was the worst experience I've had at Diamond Jim's in Livingston AL. We (group of 7) arrived at around 7:30 and received our food at 8:40. We were aware of at least 2 parties of 5+ and 1 couple that came in after us and received food before us. Lastly, the waitress waited until she gave most of us our entrée before informing my wife that her entrée (fried oysters) was out.. all in all we figured that our server/waitress was fairly new because this was horrible.

Just passing through and found a lovely place at this location. Delicious ribeye and extremely friendly folks here to make the end of a very long day most enjoyable and satisfying. Thank you to everyone there!
