Be sure to check the waitlist for the activities you'd like to do. I went last weekend for a birthday; bowling had an hour long wait, but it took closer to 40 minutes. And karaoke had a 2 hour wait, but it took closer to 3 hours. The workers are happy to rearrange the crane machine plushies if you're having a hard time.

Went on a Monday night and it was busy but not slammed. Some bowling lanes were still open and some billiard tables as well. Food and snacks are good. The arcade has a lot of Japanese style games available that I haven’t seen anywhere else so that was cool but the arcade is very pricey compared to other places. Still a fun place to check out with friend or family.

Don't try to just show up on a random Saturday night. To do anything besides arcade, you should arrive 2-3 hours before and put your name on the list or you will be waiting all night and possibly won't play at all. It gets crowded really fast. The food is decent, the cheeseburger was actually pretty good. Karaoke was super fun and we split our party so we could experience both. Bowling round finishes before karaoke, so keep that in my mind, you get more karaoke time. Parking is free and easy. And after a certain time, no outside food and drinks allowed from the mall

Good place to throw a birthday party for kids. It's fun and cost effective, pizza was delicious too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bowling shoes were clean and in good condition. I had 4 lanes, in 2 lanes the bumper guards didn't come up, that would be the only negative. Overall we had a lot of fun, I would come back for sure.

We had an amazing time at Round One! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Alex, who provided outstanding service and made us feel so welcome right from the start. Over at the food and beverage area, Savannah was an absolute jewel—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful.

There were six of us in our group, and we all had the best time. We made sure to arrive earlier to take advantage of the 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. special, which was a fantastic deal. The atmosphere was lively, the bowling lanes were in great condition, and everything felt well-organized.

The food was solid overall, though my only suggestion would be that the pizza could have been cooked a little less dark on the crust. That aside, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling so satisfied.

I highly recommend Round One for a fun outing with friends or family—it’s a place where great service and good times are also on the menu!

This place was fun. it has great customer service. It's clean. In the mall. Some food options. And if you have a problem with a card, game, or anything, someone is there to help with a smile

I've always loved arcades and knowing that they had so many cute options for stuffed animals made me more excited. My brother and I stayed there until we got the ones we wanted. We were struggling to get this yellow kiwi and so he consulted with the rest of the ones we won to get the last one lol. I totally recommend coming here, the games are fun and there's also bowling and karaoke.

Our first time here, plus hosting a birthday celebration and my daughter had a blast! Thanks to the staff for their friendly welcoming, party package was very affordable and well set up from having our table and lanes ready while having the open grace period for our party to fully arrive, and being able adding extra time beyond our original time booked. Food options were great and arrived right on time, staff continuously checked up on us, keeping us in the loop for openings. Bar was of big convenience. A big thank you to the Manger for accommodating the Kareoke room for us... amazing experience! Would definitely recommend this place, and will surely be booking again. Thanks again Round1 in Lakewood
