A very nice lady at reception/registration went out of her way to help me, despite the fact I wasn’t even a guest. I can’t comment on the rooms, but she (apologies for not knowing her name) is an asset to the property.

The price is much to high. This motel is horrible. Bugs everywhere!! Rats were coming out of the plumping under the sink in the bathroom. WIFI and TV did worked badly. Big nasty burn holes in the comforters and disgusting smells. The walls were full of old spit. Probably revenging customers. The staff gets sassy really fast when you have the simplest complain. This is also a drug runner place. One cannot open the door safely after 6pm. They clean the rooms only superficially. The say bring your own vacuum cleaner. When we moved out they wanted to blackmail us to give them a perfect survey in the internet. 2 horrible weeks and of course no money back.

This place has one thing going for it and that is the wonderful guy at the check in who was very helpful in every way possible.

That is the only positive thing. Rooms are dirty, outdated(do NOT believe the sign out front saying "Newly renovated rooms!") and feel really unsafe. I've been hearing gunshots all night and I have not had an ounce of sleep. I've done every possible extra security measurement I can (and I work in the security field, so it takes a lot to phase me), so that I could maybe have even a tiny nap before getting the hell out of here.
I really wanted a shower; after traveling through the desert all day, but I cannot get naked in here and I do not want to get in the filthy shower to face whatever creatures are for sure coming out of the sewer as soon as I turn the water on. Instead went with the baby wipes and sleeping in my clothes and keeping my suitcase shut, to block any roaches and other creepy creatures from entering it.

TV does not work (in fact wasn't even plugged in or tuned), remote is missing the batteries and everything just looks.... filthy. The drawers are hanging unevenly off their hinges, there's holes in the wall, it is just really bad. It looks like a poorly cleaned murder scene to be honest.

The receptionist guy: 10/10.

Do not stay in this awful place!

If you care about your health, well-being and safety-move past this place.
We booked one night here, because the manager on the front desk offered us discount (no tax). The room looked large, so we agreed.
- First of all, TV didn’t work. They advertise free HBO-well, it’s a lie.
- There was no fridge in the room.
- AC didn’t work properly. It was +8 degrees at night, but AC was blowing only with cold air. And we specifically asked if it works before checking in! There was only thin bed spread, no proper blanket, and we were freezing.
- in the middle of a night I was woken up by bangs to next door and loud swearing, someone wanted the person inside to come out. Sounded like criminals...

- and the most important: the bed is full of bed bugs!!! I am allergic to those bites, and I woke up with huge swollen red spots over all body. There were over hundred bites! They were itching like crazy, and even now, two weeks later, I still take medicines and have red marks. Don’t even mention amount of money I spent on those pills and ointment, plus doctor’s advice.
Of course I was furious and went to talk to the manager. He seemed confused and said no one complained about bed bugs before, but I don’t believe it. He didn’t provide any compensation and just said he’s sorry.

Again, if you care about yourself - don’t stay in this hole. There’re plenty of other options for same money.

Television didn't work, management did nothing, room was smelly and dirty. Sheets were dirty, slept on top of the covers with a blanket of my own. Manager gave no discount on the fact that we had no tv, would not switch us to another room said he was full, but about 10 mins after I checked in another couple checked in and didn't like their room and he immediately switched them. I was upset and said so, that's when he said we'll we usually charge extra for children over 5 years old and wanted more money. I told him no and he was banging on my room door at 9:30 am saying checkout was at 10 instead of the 11 am checkout time he gave me at the time of check-in. Would not recommend that PLACE to anyone. Fights in the parking lot people walking up to the cars and looking in them and management ignoring ALL OF IT!!!!

The attendee has an additude the rooms are outdated even tho it says that they have been newly renovated. I sat down on the bed and it broke went to the attendee and he said it was because i broke it on purpose and that i will be charged for it on check out. The rooms are nasty and very unsecured when leaving for the day you can only lock the door handle not the deadbolt... The mini fridge does not work. And the tv is so old it barely work. Very unhappy with my choice to stay here but after paying with cash and then seeing the room we were informed that there was no refunds.. On a positive not at least i have not seen any cockroaches or bedbugs...

First time here in rm 204 on 4\7\17. Got a small discount because the tv weren't working. Stained comfort,stained shower curtain as well as an old tub with peeling finish,stained towels and very stained carpet on one side of the bed. The bed slept comfortable enough though. It does have a small frig. This is an old building. I paid $40 after attempting to leave until he took off the $5 something taxes. I was tired of searching around so I settled for this one. Checked in past 8:30 PM. I want be returning. I'll give it 1and a half stars. In all. It wasn't a filthy joint. Oh! How can I forget! The to let looked nice put was tucked up like you would have to take the lid of the to let to get it to flush improperly. Didn't see any bugs or roaches though.

Room was clean, but sparse. Mattress appeared old, slightly sagging, but I still got a good night's rest. Refrigerator was handy. A/C did a good job cooling down the room, much needed in this hot area.
